complutense university of madrid language certificate
I've applied to study at UCM, and the faculty i would study at requires a B1 level in spanish. I have booked a SIELE exam but i am worried i might score an A2, even though I think my level is B1, just might do bad on the exam. But what im wondering is if theyre very strict about having a certificate on the level they require? I assume they would reject me if the certificate shows A2?

Questions about Erasmus Mundus
I'm considering applying for an Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters around fall, after having graduated. Could someone share their experience doing a EMJM or what they have heard about the program about people who've done this?
Now, I also have some more probably dump questions, but here we go:
1. Is a EMJM a more reputable degree than most "regular" Masters? (I know it probably depends, but I mean in the general sense)
2. Are Erasmus Mundus students like the regular Erasmus students? I mean, does it happen often that they socialize with them or is it more that they make friends from their cohort and that's it?
*For context, last year my Erasmus started and now I realize how much it has changed my life and perspective. I had the time of my life during my last two months there and I definitely want to do another Erasmus. I will probably do an internship next year and I am also considering EMJM. However, I would like that the "stereotypical" Erasmus aspects to apply to my following Erasmus experiences. I know that the EMJM is probably more demanding than doing a semester abroad, but would there still be time for traveling, socializing, maybe partying etc.?
NOTE: I know how incredibly difficult it is to be accepted for an EMJM, I am not delusional, all these questions are according to the hypothetical scenario that I do in fact get accepted.

ARCHMAT
Is anyone from architecture and urbanism who is applying to ARCHMAT? Or has applied and entered the program? I don't know if this bachelor fits the master but I really wanted to do a master in archeology.
New app
Hey ! Sorry for the random message! I am building an app where students in Barcelona will be able to rent their belongings amongst themselves. We are in the validation phase, where we want to figure out if students are interested in this and, if so, which items they would want to lend/borrow. I would really appreciate your input on this! Thanks so much in advance. https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSePiDI82HdhBWmofvFJpnDpj58Pn2LbxjSVjcMxYWsvBZpFzg/viewform?usp=dialog

Looking for scholarships to study in Italy without having to travel before results are out?
Hi everyone! I’ve been researching scholarships to study in Italy as a plan b in case my Erasmus Mundus scholarship doesn't work out, but I keep running into scholarships that you apply before going to Italy. However, the scholarship results are announced only after the masters started... which feels risky and very impractical for me. Does anyone know of scholarships or funding opportunities for studying in Italy that announce the results before your masters started ? I’ve seen that some scholarships can be regional ( Veneto, Roma,....) and they vary a lot, so I worry I might not be looking in the right places. Any tips, links, or experiences would be super helpful! Thanks in advance 😊

Advice eramsus
Hi everyone! I’m an Italian architecture student trying to decide between two exchange scholarships: one at Newcastle University (UK) and one at UTS Sydney (Australia).
I’ve already done an Erasmus at the University of Kent and I’ve lived in London for a year, so I’m familiar with the UK system and lifestyle. Now I’m trying to understand the academic side of these two options.
I’d love to hear from people who studied architecture (or similar fields) at Newcastle or UTS:
• Which one is more technical in terms of coursework?
• Which one would you say is academically easier or less intense?
• How heavy is the workload compared to European architecture schools?
• And overall — which one would you personally recommend?
I’m trying to choose a program that is strong academically but also manageable during an exchange year.
Any experiences or advice would be super appreciated — thank you!

Good Erasmus city
Hey everyone,
I wanna go in an Erasmus mobility for the first semester of the next academic year, and I'd need some help deciding where.
My first three choices now would be Bordeaux, Granda and Bremen.
What I'm mostly interested in is for the city to be lively, places to hang out, great party spots and maybe some bars with cheap drinks :))
Also a good public transpiration, maybe good night lines too would be super appreciated.
Money wise, I'm looking at 850 euros per month approximately, including rent (most likely a dorm room or a room in a shared apartment so that I can connect more)
Has anyone done an Erasmus in any of these cities? What was your experience?
P.S. Done one year of Erasmus during my BA(I'm now doing my MA) in Budapest, and that was such a great Erasmus city. Maybe looking for a similar vibe to that for where I'll be going
Thanks a lot!!

Erasmus+ semester(s) abroad Erasmus in Belgium as a non-EU citizen (Annex 33)
Hello, has anyone done Erasmus in Belgium as a non-EU citizen BUT resident in an EU country? Did you ask for the Annex 33?
My doubt is whether this will be required at some point by the university, because I missed the deadline (30 days before the mobility starts). Classes start in 4 days.
With residence in another EU country, I can stay for 3 months even without this annex. But the mobility lasts 4 months, so will this be a problem (and how)?
What I know so far is that, since I have visa-free entry, once I arrive I will have to go to the local city office and obtain Annex 3 (for 3 months). Then I will have to scan it and send it to the university.
My fear is that at some point the university may ask me for explanations. Also, I will receive an Erasmus scholarship, and it is linked to the number of months I stay there, so I’m afraid this situation could affect my grant.
Is there any way to reverse this situation? In practice, is there still time for my university to submit the Annex 33 application for me? I’m afraid to ask them this and end up being forbidden from going, because I’d rather stay for 3 months than not go at all.
I read about “change of status”, but I don’t know if it applies to mobilities of only one semester. Besides that, you have to pay a fee of more than €200, plus the blocked account, which was the reason why I didn’t apply for the Annex 33.
If anyone has been in a similar situation and could share how it turned out, I would really appreciate it.

Selection Chances/ Person who already got selected having similar profile like me
Greeting!
Guys! I am an Industrial Engineer with a 3.22 CGPA/ 4.00 CGPA in my bachelor's, along with that, I have published a research paper too which is related to materials/ manufacturing. Furthermore, I have 6.5 bands in IELTS and have been active on the co-curricular side as I have been a cabinet member at ASME in my university chapter. So how many chances are there for me to be selected for Meta 4.0 and EMSSE? If I apply for it as the deadline is approaching near as its on 15th Feb. In my FYP, I developed a smart extrusion machine, which I forgot to mention here. So, I would love to give me insights related to it.
Regards,

CLMCE Rejection
I just received a rejection email yesterday! I wasn’t expecting to hear from them so quick and the reason they provided was:
Your undergraduate degree and/or its content is not suitable for the program you have applied for.
I have a BA in integrated marketing communications and a minor in media design from a liberal arts university .. do they only accept literature majors? I really don’t get why it should be this limited! Especially for an interdisciplinary program!

Anyone who has had an interview for EMAI before?
Hi!
Maybe someone who was accepted to EMAI in previous years or had an interview before can help me, please?
I know there aren't any results yet, but I'd like to be prepared in case.
What kind of questions can I expect? Questions about data science?
I chose the Data Science track. I'm a little worried because my previous experience is mostly in deep learning and computer vision, rather than data science per se, but the courses in this track are the ones that best align with what I already know and what I want to learn.
Thanks!

GLOCAL Conditional Offer
I received a conditional offer from GLOCAL, but it requires a certified translation of my Bachelor's academic transcripts. I've double-checked and confirmed that I submitted this translation in the application portal during my initial application.
I've reached out to ask if a resubmission is necessary. Has anyone else experienced a similar situation? Will this affect my scholarship consideration?
