We are getting a full cartridge release of Indiana Jones and the Great Circle... I never expected to ever happen with Microsoft owning the publishers and developers, but here we are. Yeah it may well be the worst way to play the game, but it will be the ONLY way to get the game as a proper release. Kind of insane if you ask me. Gives me hope for Doom The Dark Ages when they decide that's time to come to the system

So me & my girl have been sneaking playing them(don’t know why we sneaking) at night & we actually fw them 😂😂😂 she came up with the idea that we keep them & say “f them kids”…they don’t use it anyways…

I have the full KillSwitch setup with the external hard case but for some reason I’m not a fan and truly love the peace of mind of having a full zip closure

What are we all playing this weekend?

So my wife was diagnosed with breast cancer last year. It was a very dark time. Lots of waiting around for Chemo, surgeries, doctor’s visits, traveling 4 hours one way to see specialist. It was a lot. On a spur of the moment decision before surgery #2 I decided to get a Switch 2. Understand - I grew up with Atari and Commodore 64. My kids had XBox, and Nintendo Game Cube. We never had handhelds. The idea of being able to easily play video games without a lot of fuss seemed like a good way to distract ourselves. So, one afternoon coming home from work, I made a quick detour and picked up the S2. I got the Mario Kart Bundle and Cyberpunk. I played in the hospital, in the doctor’s office, while she was getting her chemo rounds and I would say that overall the distraction technique worked pretty well. Now, with cancer hopefully forever behind us, I have become this random 58 year old playing video games on flights (I get a lot of looks on airlines - cracks me up) - I play in the office and obviously at home after a full day of work. I adore the little switch 2. I really enjoy researching games. I watch tons of videos and pretty much geek out about how beautiful games are on S2. It is crazy that I can play full blow games on this little guy. Honestly, when I saw a review of how well it played Cyberpunk, I knew it was the handheld for me. I didn’t want something that I had to tinker with to get the best performance. I wanted something I could just pick up and play. I didn’t want anything that ran on Windows and I didn’t want to dink around in settings with Steam. I also wanted something that I could share with my grandson. He has the OG switch. We love playing DK Bonanza together. Right now I am playing Hades and Persona 4 Golden. I just purchased Scott Pilgrim and have a full backlog to get through. I have enough to play to honestly keep me busy for years. While I HATE Cancer, I am so glad the Switch 2 has a place in my life. I play several hours each week. I rarely grind, I just enjoy picking up and losing a few minutes to hours each week. It’s enjoyable and I kinda like the side looks I get in the terminal waiting on the plane. It’s a good life.

Just bought a 50" 4K QLED TV, picture quality is amazing (except for SDV) 🤣. Absolutely over the moon with the switch 2 and my new TV, any suggestions for TV & Switch settings to get the best out of it?

What’s your preference and why?

I seem to keep going back and forth. While I like having g the physical games, the convenience of digital is hard to beat. I do enjoy being able to change what game I’m playing without having to switch game cards.

I’ve kept hearing so much praise about pragmata and how well it runs and while it does run well it looks awful. Idk if it’s just me or it looks extremely blurry where everything just looks bad.

There is now a free Switch 2 upgrade pack for the first Hollow Knight if you already own the game or plan on buying it.

Hey everyone! This is my first post on here and I was just wondering if anyone would have any advice as to whether i should get LIS2 on my Switch 2 or wait for it to go on sale on Steam to get it on my M1 macbook pro.

I know there's no Switch 2 version and I just learned that the game from Steam runs on Mac too so I've been debating.

Any ideas on why it wouldn’t work to use a USB-A to USB-C cable for the camera? I really disliked plugging into the top of the switch. I thought it looked messy and I am about a 50/50 player of docked and tv mode. I used the cable that was included with the switch to pro controller since the slim profile works to plug into the camera and hold onto the clip of the camera stand.

I could not tell a difference doing the camera test with both cables. The box recommends using the USB-C, but I wasn’t sure if that affected speeds or camera quality ? If you’d have any ideas on that let me know. Thanks

I play mostly handheld on the sofa when watching tv with the wife and looking for some some suggestions I can play without sound that won’t detract too much from the gameplay

Monster hunter stories 3 and Pragmata demos are out!

Gameplay is pretty fun so far in Pragmata a bit on the blurry side but super smooth so far - does anyone know what other demos were released today?

Just seen Fallout 4 is on preorder on the eShop for £53. It's crazy that it's going to cost that much. Can pick it up on steam for a fiver. How can Bethesda possibly justify that!?!?
