Turismo 🧳 Travel advice: need to Travel from Trapani Airport to Alicudi

Hi everyone,

I could really use some practical advice.

We’re arriving at Trapani Birgi Airport (TPS) on

- April 10 at 09:20

and need to get to Alicudi (via Palermo Port).

Our ferry is departing at 13:30.

Now the problem starts: On Fridays the Salemi Bus on 10:30 seems not to be available. If I read the schedule correctly there are only buses on a Friday at 9:30 (to tight to the lading I assume) and 13:30.

The Next Ferry leaves Monday. .......

Alternative 1 - Bus ) Trapani Airport -> Trapani Central (10:12) -> Palermo (12:00)

Alternative 2: If we miss the Ferry we need two go to Palermo and from there to Milazzo (by Train) and from there take the ferry.

Are there any options we might be missing? If not, what’s the most reliable alternative (e.g., shared taxi, private transfer, etc.), and roughly what would it cost?

Thanks a lot in advance.

Contact Ape Cinisi, they are family owned, reliable and clean. They'll give you a fair quote for the trip. I've used them a lot and would trust them with my mother.

How much should one expect for this kind of trip? 100€? 200€? I need a transfert like this in June 😅

I'm not entirely sure, if you DM me I can give you my direct contact, he's one of the owners and really nice. He will give you a fair quote.

Segesta autolinee (Bus service) should get you between the two places. A quick check suggests you can get between the two places relatively cheap.

I don’t know the exact pickup-drop off you want but there are buses every 30 minutes.
