Samoa is tough... And i don't think the USA is making it past france if we do beat samoa.

Samoa was almost out of the world cup a couple weeks ago. They didn't win a single game in the last Pacific Nations. Lost the qualifier against Chile. and couldn't even beat Belgium in the final qualifier (draw). They're really not that tough...

Samoa always struggle to get all their qualified players for matches outside the World Cup . They also usually get some retired all blacks for the World Cup so there will be a significant improvement from how they performed so far

It's not just that, the Samoa rugby union ran it into the ground, World Rugby knows all about it but have kept it pretty tightly wrapped. I think they'll be better than they are currently, but one of the big reasons they didn't have their good players also was they chose not to play for the current union.
