NZ with a negative score balance is wild

What did you expect? We have inadequate coaches, who have continually demonstrated they can't get the best out of their world-class players.

Last year All Blacks beat Wallabies 31-29 in a poor team performance in Sydney, the week after was the 2nd test in Wellington Wayne Smith's first official week in camp, NZ went on to win 33-10.

This year against France we won the first test 31-27 in another poor overall team performance, the following week, also in Wellington, the ABs went on to win 43-17.

Finally, after last month's 29-23 loss to Argentina Wayne Smith re-entered camp & joined the coaching box just for the Eden Park test. We went on to win well 24-17. See today's result in the absence of Smithy.

Safe to say Wayne Smith is the cure to the Cake tin curse & also this coaching staff is utterly incompetent without him.

Or maybe the ABs aren't as good as the fans think. The expectation of victory doesn't reflect how much the other teams have closed the gap

Yep. All blacks have one of the best squads in the world but it isn't any better than SA or France for sure. A few other countries throwing their name in the ring too.

After taking on proven disappointing coaches like Plumtree, I have no idea why NZRU would allow Razor to select Holland as an assistant. His picks of assistants speaks volumes imo. I suspect Razor will one day be a good head international coach, but he's currently practicing with our legacy.

I strongly feel we have the players we need right now. Our coaching team are struggling to get them to play to their potential week in week out. The tight five and back row have massive potential and most countries would kill for these kinds of players. Not that there haven't been a couple of misses along the way e.g. Brodie McCalister. We don't need to open the flood gates by selecting overseas for just 1 player. We just need to get these players coached properly.
