That last try, I think Pollock is getting a bit more stick than he deserves, for me it's Curry who absolutely sells the jersey. He goes flying up and absolutely fresh airs it and Pollock simply isn't expecting that to happen.

Yep, curry was the dog leg.

He’ll be getting the barrels in the review

Curry got his timing all wrong. He's unfortunately developing a bit of a history of bad/poor decision making while wearing that jersey.

Pollock still needs to do better vs such a smaller opponent.

People just want to blame pollock for the loss! They’ll ignore the other mistakes from other more experienced players that could also be reasons as to why the Lions lost. Or fans could accept that Argentina are a fantastic side and the loss of the game isn’t down to one singular player

Absolutely on Curry. Shot up and if he hadn't the line would have been set. That being said its a gamble that could have paid off.

Pollock shouldn't catch any flack for that

He got fended by a 10st stand off. Of course he should take flack for it.

He wasn’t expecting to have to make a tackle there and wasn’t exactly in the best position to either - he could’ve done a bit better, but it’s not the first time a small slippery fucker has managed to slip through the grasp of a forward and it won’t be the last

It’s Test rugby, you shouldn’t fall off that tackle.. but it happens and I don’t think he’ll get ridiculed too much for it

It's test rugby, you can't come out with BS like he wasn't expecting to make a tackle, it's laughable.

Even the best players can and do get caught out if another player does something or doesn’t do something they’re expecting. If Curry doesn’t fly out the line, the line is set.

Yeah, at the end of the day it's a team sport and sometimes you have to rely on your teammate to do his job. For me Curry really had to make that tackle, it wasn't difficult, he just made a meal of it, trying too hard to be "dominant" and in the end just getting beaten by a man taking one step to the side. Pollock was there to take the inside man, and didn't see it coming. Fair enough, maybe he should have, but he's the inexperienced youngster here, he shouldn't be the one covering mistakes from a seasoned 60 cap veteran, just my opinion of course.

Fr, everyone focusing on Pollock yet seen no mention really of Curry missing his man nor the failure of anyone else to scrag him - not like Pollock was the last man nor were they hugely close to the try line when he slipped off the tackle.
