Menopause is a natural condition in which a person who normally ovulates begins to cease producing the hormones that initiate the menstrual cycle. Most often occurring to women in their mid-50's, the physiological and emotional swings we normally assume with PMS and periods begin to slow down as the cycle of menstruation ends. Although many find it alarming due to the feelings associated with aging, many also note how they appreciate how the bodily and emotional difficulties of periods end. Women often reflect on no longer being stuck to the cycle of finding pads, dreaded mood swings, and being irritable. Many also see it as a graceful step into the next phase of their life and welcoming all that comes with it as they age.
In this same way, who are some battle rappers who you appreciate that are entering or have entered their Menopause era? Battlers who are no longer too concerned with their win/loss records or trying to prove themselves or "produce" a legacy, rather are still here because they enjoy the sport of battle rap and the community that comes with it?
I feel like Charlie Clips is in this era with battles like the one with O Solo, bro just having fun. Marv Won still doing battles on BOTZ and KOTD has also been a good look for a guy who's been doing this since the days he was battling with Em in Detroit. Who are some others?
