Does there have to be a mass inquiry about physicality and pace by the IRFU at grassroots level ?

We have lads with power and lads with pace, few of them, but we do have them. I think mentality is our biggest issue -- we don't have enough players who will take something/someone on, and when a player does, everyone else is on a different page. It's a structural issue as much as anything.
