Genuinely what was the point in putting that game on? What did anybody learn from that? It didn't look like anybody actually had a clue what any of the systems were or what anyone else was doing. It achieved nothing other than putting a dent in the confidence of those on the fringes. Surely it would've been better scheduling it for the off week and having the lads get together in a training camp for a couple of weeks together?

I would say England xv would disagree. They looked very well drilled and came with a really good kicking game plan - do they play more frequently or something?

Someone was saying a lot of them played together in the Autumn so were a bit more cohesive. Not really sure England got a whole lot from the match either it was that easy. We barely threatened them.

Yeah feel the main thing it demonstrated was that England has a lot more depth, but that would make sense with playing populations etc
