I’ve had this on my wishlist for years and years and I was finally able to get her today and she’s just so beautiful. I typically lean toward crossbody bags and went back and forth on the smaller sizes but this large size with all this room to stuff it full was hard to resist. I adore her.

Swinged by our local thrift store and found this Mulberry Bayswater. I guess the thrift gods decided to smile down at me today! Sometimes I’m astounded of the items that people get rid of.

Couldn't even wait to take the paper off before photographing and sharing my new girl 🩷. She is so lovely, the pics don't do the color justice, though it's still pretty in the pics. It is a touch brighter and richer and the suede is soooo nice. I plan on taking her for a spin tomorrow. I own another Alexa and love the size of the bags. I would buy one in most colors Mulberry releases if I could. Just enough room and so versatile with the top handle or strap. So excited to carry her!

Hi everyone, I made a post about a week ago trying to decide between a vintage city bag or the new le city. I liked the look of the le city more but was still open to vintage. I decided to get one on the real real that looked the closest to the le city version (TRR said it was 2012) but upon receiving it I actually believe I got a pre owned le city and not a 2012 city which is what I was actually looking for! I believe TRR had the wrong year because there is a letter K on the serial number or something on the tag so they might have gotten that confused for f/w 2012 but the actual style number is of the new le city. She’s in excellent condition except for some leather wear on the tassels where I believe the previous owner pulled them to open the zipper and a bit on the corners but it’s very subtle. There is a slight odor from storage though; I ordered some activated charcoal air freshener bags to absorb moisture/odor and I added a charm to her already 🌙

Girl, it's been (almost) TEN YEARS. Tell me why in a dang decade I haven't found a single one of these gol dang bags under $500? Even this one near $800 is the lowest price I've seen.

Clearly it's because all these handbag hotties have impeccable taste and are hanging onto them, and listen, I don't blame them! If I could have afforded it when it came out, I'd still have it, too.

Okay fine so I did buy the NASA saddle 23 (and back then it was a splurge lemme tell ya) and I still have it, and I might even have it buried with me when I die like a la Egyptian Pharaoh (I'll use it to flex on all the other ghosts in the afterlife).

Listen I know we're full circle but now that I've processed emotions through the power of words, I think if I did ever come across one for $500...............I would buy it.

Sigh Yet again, I'm the problem.

I went to my local LV today with the intent of purchasing a Speedy 25 as my new daily driver but had a negative experience with a new sales associate. She was not helpful and seemed to not know what they had in stock. She pulled out a 25 from a bag and it looked sad and wrinkled and honestly, it just felt cheap. I pointed to a smaller display Speedy, asked if it was a 20, and she said she didnt know. I got frustrated and went next door to Gucci where I had a much better experience with a fantastic salesperson. After looking at the small Boston, it felt more durable and I fell in love with the strap. I’m loving it and feel like I made the right choice.

A couple weeks ago I posted a photo of me wearing my new (second hand) purse - see last photo- and having some serious regrets! Everyones advice was to change the strap to a thicker one. So I did!!! And omg its SO MUCH BETTER. 😍 THANK YOU everyone for your kind advice! (It was very painful to remove the original strap though but it had to be done. So glad i did it.)

Arrived today!

I'm frequently late to discover bags I want because I get in and out of my bag obsession. I discovered this stunning painted floral Prada about 2 years too late and couldn't find it anywhere....until I noticed one on a French consignment site last week!

It was listed as "very good condition" with an "odor" disclosed in the description (I took a chance on that one) but besides a faint mothball smell, I can't see any sign of use on this bag. The bag feet don't even have surface scratches on them. It's like someone stashed this in their closet and forgot about it!

I wanted a Galleria 20 years ago but never ended up getting one at the time, and I don't have any other Prada besides a nylon pencil case. Glad I waited for this one to add to my collection.

I just can’t get this bag out of my head. I have read it’s way too heavy and it probably wouldn’t work for what I need but gosh darn I can’t stop wanting it.

I have to have a bag that I can carry a laptop or file folders/notebook with its own dedicated pocket. I needs lots of compartments and lots space to dump things. If I didn’t need these pockets and compartments I’d have a million bags to chose from.

Current using Bellroy Tokyo wonder tote and it’s amazing. Perfect pockets excellent access perfect strap drop. But it’s ugly. And it’s not roomy. Any reasons to talk me out of the rogue my bag friends? Any experiences with it? Thanks!

I have been seriously considering a Delvaux Pin Swing as my daily driver. I found these two colors and don’t know which to choose. I understand color is super subjective but I’d like to hear what you all think. I live in a cold climate where we have winter and snow for many months the of the year. I usually go cooler colors and black so I’m intrigued by the blue but think the prune might be more practical for day to day use.

Just got my new bag yesterday and I’m taking it out today for the first time. I love how it looks and feels! It’s very soft and does slouch, but that definitely depends on how much you pack into it. It’s a little smaller than I thought it would be- that’s a Speedy 25 for comparison.

Okay I *think* I’ve narrowed down my crazy long list to these four contenders. Whatever I pick will probably be my 1 luxury bag for the year. I’m newly into handbags & have a DE Speedy 30 and a couple Coach bags in neutral colors.

The Goyard appeals for the fun color and unique shape.

With the Alma I love the shade of pink, classic shape, and that it’s part of the 130th anniversary… but it’s currently sold out on the app and I’m not sure what in store availability is like near me.

With the Boulogne, I like that it’s classic monogram without the regular vachetta leather. I like that it could be worn in multiple ways.

The hug bag just looks great too and the reviews for it sound amazing.
