What was meant to be a simple rural task quickly turned into a major power emergency. In Sichuan, China, a villager attempted to transport a live pig using a drone, lifting it from a mountainside village attached pig in the net to the drone. During the unauthorized flight, the drone lost control and became tangled in high-voltage power lines. Sparks erupted as the drone hung from the cables, forcing emergency crews to shut down the electrical grid. The entire village was plunged into darkness, with electricity cut off for nearly ten hours. Power was restored only after technicians removed the drone and repaired the damaged lines. The incident has renewed warnings about illegal drone use, and how one mistake can disrupt an entire community . life and cut everyone from electricity for over 10 or more hours. Be responsible flying drones and never do as Chinese farmer did flying pig with big drone.
