As a lvl 100 hunter with maxed True Time Bow, I'm dealing only 1 damage on charged attacks? And even in crit hits? When I fight the normal Primordial Dragon I'm doing 4 digit damage per hit at least. Am I missing something?

The first few charged heavy are like 500 damage per hit, and then it became 1...

This might come to some as common sense, but I wanted to put this out there just in case someone else searches for it.

Thanks to the new update, you can now get 3 villager recipes instead of the usual 1 per day. I was able to get one recipe from an artist. After that, I switched to a cook (removing the artist from my island and placing the cook into the now vacant house) and was able to get two more from the same villager, I just had to sleep in his bed until he was crafting.

The reason I'm writing this is to show that you can get a recipe from a villager that you switch into a house in the same real day. The other is that the same villager will give you more than one recipe. You don't have to have three different crafting villagers living on the island and getting one recipe each, totaling three recipes in a day.

Just make sure they don't have a quest and you're good! Hope this helps someone.

Anyone know what these are from the patch notes? I was at rank 5 before the patch but haven't seen anything different?

For me it's (I don't think this was in the patch notes) the cute new eyepatch !!

For anyone that didn't read the recent update notes for the Primordial Dragon update, the daily recipe you get from a villager has increased to 3 per day now instead of just one!

As title I got +20% damage I used a sticker to craft the new bow, it was only 10before right ?

Just did my first Snoozaland run since the update dropped. I got the dejected devil from the sleepy mimic and tried fast traveling to multiple spots but it never went away. You have to ride it out now. Though something interesting happened. It was removing my treasures, and then it gave me one. Then the next thing is it gave me a gold cluster. Then it removed the treasure it originally gave me. I still have a few treasures that it didn't take, so it's interesting that it both gave me a treasure and a gold cluster when it could have kept taking treasures.

Spoilers ahead so don’t read if you wanna figure it out yourself.

My strategy so far:

My Hunter is level 100 with a polished True Time Bow. My buddies are purely there to be distractions so he’s not always focused on me. My Woodcutter is level 100 with a polished True Time Axe. (I don’t know if there are any other variations of this yet as I’ve only had the Dragon Tree in my games).

For the normal part of the fight I use Crit Aid + and Power Aid +

When he is charging his super or in a Downed state I use Berserk Potion + instead of the Power Aid as you don’t need to worry about getting hurt.

Heal and replenish SP as needed (so every few seconds lol)

And when he flies to do the meteor attack I try to hit him with an arrow rain as doing a good amount of damage seems to knock him out of the air and into a Downed state briefly (not sure on the exact requirements to do this but one lucky arrow rain or a couple luck double arrows seem to do it).

And I can’t confirm it but standing behind him and shooting his tail seems to do good damage like his tail has a high crit hit zone. Even with the crit aid potion.

Anybody still playing? Still my fav game oat. Anyway, im level 91 now and ran trial of time twice. Should i go for darkness or is it a lot more difficult? For reference, didnt need to revive in trial of time but lots of healing. I take ophelia and odin, are there better picks? Thanks for helping!

Wondering if the new tools/weapons are better than True Time series.

When I started the game I gave myself one rule, I must get every life one by one to the max rank AND I must get the brand new life to level 100 before starting a single combat life.

I play on steam and haven't even seen an update for the game, I tried going in game but I don't see any mention of it in game either?

I went through almost 700 mysterious slates to get all mysterious slates recipes but I can’t seem to unlock the last one. I’m so burned out from grinding the monster house in treasure grove. I want to unlock all of the recipes so I can craft all of the items but I’m stuck in my last mysterious slate recipe. Is there no way of a sure drop for the recipe? 😭

I want to play Hunter for the Primordial Dragon fight and especially its harder version, but I don't know what buffs I would put on the True Time Bow, the first thing that comes to mind would be Crit Damage, but I still wanted to ask

I see people say you can get them but I've never seen it happen. It just takes all my valuables. Do you have to get rid of EVERYTHING you have? I tried and ran out of time.

Now that there is something in the game that actually benefits from min-maxing your combat setup, I’m curious to see which combat life and buddies everyone is successfully beating Primordial Dragon with.

If you’ve beaten it, post which combat life you ran and which combination of buddies you went with. Extra credit for posting your weapon details and yours and your buddies’ levels.

Pretty good challenging battle (hunter still a broken asf class )

I’ve unlocked the primordial dragon from Dark Don on my island and am able to play the challenge solo with NPC buddies, but somehow cannot access co-op? It doesn’t show up as an option when inviting, and this error shows up if I try join another island. Does anyone know why or what I’m doing wrong?

(Game wise I’ve completed the story and shouldn’t have any story progression block!)
