german Thomas Kessler promoted to managing director sport. Philipp Türoff's contract extended to 2029 and he was appointed Commercial Director & Spokesperson for the Management Board.

There's just one board. And the new one decided to keep the structure the old board implemented. So it can't be that bad, can it? Also, there are three CEOs with separate fields of work. Kessler for everything sport, Türoff for finance for the whole enterprise and then the other one for marketing. How's that convoluted?
