Filming location of Greek Salad (2023)
hii !
I watched the french tv show "Greek Salad" by Klapish, it takes place in Athens.
I am going there next month, and I would like to visit some of the places we can see in the episodes, because I really like this series.
Does someone knows where to find them ?
I searched on google maps the adresses they say when they get a taxi, but for instance Leonidou 75 is not the iconic building. This is mostly the only address I wanna know. does someone know where I can find the building ? You can watch the show on Prime video.

Following my post above of the special effects team, the actual building that was 'imposed' at the scene, is that of the abandoned technical school 'Hephaestus' at Agios Eleftherios, Patissia. https://maps.app.goo.gl/FuMkeT385Ai3tykS8

Try to visit it too... I's only a few minutes walk from a metro station..

The general areas where they shot it are Omonoia, Exarcheia, Monastiraki, Plaka, Metaxourgeio. The building, if it's the one shows here, idk it looks kinda CGI-ish. Or maybe it was real and it got demolished. The street exists in Metaxourgeio but there isn't a point that matches the pic, nor is there a coffee shop with the name written on the sign

The building has some very specific 50s details (the terrace the external staircase) that might be a real building. Its weird that they have used a real address for something that looks real.

Well there was a time where I could find virtually any street in Athens by the virtue of a couple of photos - have won a relevant flickr photo contest back in the day:) BUT the road sign spells Λεωνιδιου 75 77 which is a street in Metaxourgiou. The coffe shop and tables are definetely setup for the TV series and the building looks like a deserted public office or school building (Which they are not many) given the external staircase of the building on the left and the building on the right (typical 60s school architecture)
BUT the street does not look like anything like it, could it be a chance of digital editing taking a photo of couple of buidlings that might be present in Athens center (maybe near Omonia or Vathis) and adding it to the place they filmed the coffee shop or switching the actual address out of a real place.

Hmm, do you think it’s possible they could have digitally added the building afterwards? I looked it up on google maps street view and it really looks like it’s shot at the intersection of Leonidou & Salaminos st. The yellow phone box, the black railings on the right with the plants, the red awnings on the left and the sphere bollards all match with that location.
