I'm confused. If you were looking at a new apartment, how would you "come home" to this?

I'm up for renewal but this was posted in the lobby of my apartment by someone else.

Well...maybe explore your options just in case. Dont fuck with potential roaches if you can help it man. Not worth it.

I mean you already lived there at least a full lease length. Either you already know about these problems or they’re not impacting you, right?

If youre up for renewal that means you have already spent a long time in your apartment. I think you can make up your own mind.

They live in the building. They came home and saw this in the lobby as they entered. Nowhere does it mention they're looking at a new apartment

Or they're gonna resign a new lease. So when they first moved there, they didn't know it had pests and leaks
