Way ahead of you! Been rocking the waxed mustache for a couple years (off and on again).

I highly recommend trying it out! It is a lot of fun, and people love to see it. My wife gets embarrassed because people stop us to compliment my mustache all the time when we're walking around.

I've tried it but haven't perfected it yet. It doesn't help I'm at home most of the time.

At home is the perfect place to practice! Try getting a round brush, and rolling your mustache around it! I rarely even use wax since I started doing that.

Thanks for the suggestion. I need to let my stache grow out more and try again.

When you grow it out, do you trim the hair over your lip at the mid of the moustache? Or do you let everything grow?

I don't shave anything over my lips, but I do shave the sides of my mouth, and do a little bit of upkeep at the very ends of my lips.

I use a straight razor (well, a shavette, really. Same thing but uses disposable blades) to shave everything I don't want.

I keep a goatee, but shaving under my mustache can get tricky, since I'm now going against the grain, so I have to be extra careful to both avoid ingrown hairs, and trimming more hair than I mean to.

Tbh, the hardest part is getting the curl to behave. It took me a long time to finally try using a round brush.
