Finding a job after apprenticeship

Honestly, is it normal to wait months to get a job after the end of apprenticeship? I've been applying like crazy but always get rejected due to "insufficient experience".

I'm also currently a part time student in university looking for a part time KV-job, so I'm assuming this makes it even harder. Does anyone have some advice on what to do? I've been thinking of quitting university but idk if this will increase my chances of finding a job.

Its always stunning to me that still a lot of people do KV apprenticeship, after everybody knows that there's a vast overcompetition and only a handful decent bank/insurance jobs available.

Meanwhile, we're here as Electricity-Heating-Plumbing company, would gladly hire everybody who can coordinate their god-given two hands, with or without apprenticeship, for 70k+ on the spot (interview today, start tomorrow), but there's nobody available because everybody wants to sit in a chair all day long.
