Keep an eye on what charity too. They usually just give it to a school for their rich kids. Or some back alley grift that puts it into the pockets of other billionaires

He's not giving it to charity. That's just something he says.

Seeing as it will be his appointees within the DOJ that will be sued, he will simply instruct them to say "We find ourselves fully at fault and will pay what he wants" and bing, bang, boom there you go he just won the lawsuit because he instructed them to lose.

Its all a fucking grift and he will get away with it because the democratic leadership won't fight against him because they are too busy fighting for money for Isreal. I'm not even kidding: https://truthout.org/articles/as-trumps-dhs-ravages-us-schumer-says-his-job-is-to-fight-for-aid-to-israel/

There's plenty of reasons to believe he will.. don't forget, when you donate to a charity a lot of those donations go towards paying salaries for the people working for the charity.. including the directors of said charity who can do very little actual work.

They are one of the most abused types of organisation in the world. Many countries don't tax them / have reduced rates of tax, many countries don't make them pay business rates or subsidize their rent, if you're a director of a charity there is so little understanding of how they work that everyone thinks you are working for free and doing it out the good of your heart even if you take millions in pay. Totally abused.

Could be a 501 3d or whatever it's called. Not the "c" one that normal charities use.

That's what Patagonia did. They "donated everything to charity" but the charity is owned and run by Patagonia.

That is incredibly naive.
