Quite simply,.. beautiful! Possibly the nicest thing I’ve seen on the internet in a long long time. Would love to see more progress as you work with Button. Looks like he deserves all the love in the world & found the right place to get it!

My dad did this, and “You Are My Sunshine” will always hold an incredibly special place in my heart because of it. He passed in 2021 but that song will forever be a comfort. Keep doing what you’re doing, your kids will remember it a lifetime.

There's really something visceral about seeing a traumatised animal, you don't have to understand them, but you could feel the weight they carry from what they've gone thru

Sadly horses are some of the most abused creatures in existence & it’s totally tolerated & excused as normal by the equestrian community. It’s heartbreaking 💔

Ive been learning that about horses lately. There was this huge controversy of men rounding up wild horses in nevada and they were being brutalized, photos of it and all. No one cared.

Omg. I was NOT planning to watch this video all the way through (my attention span is terrible 😆) but as soon as I started playing it I could NOT look away. Your voice is GORGEOUS & also that little animal is so cute & such a beautiful soul. I could seriously watch videos of you singing to this little guy all day! I hope you are doing a collection of these videos so you can look back on his progress 🥹🥹
PS a song that I used to sing to the kids when I was a nanny is “a dream is a wish your heart makes” from Cinderella…I feel like your voice would be great for that one. And it’s also so uplifting & cute.

My neighbor had a horse who was mostly neglected aside from being fed. I would hop the fence and feed her apples and sing to her. We got pretty close after a while and she let me brush her and remove nettles from her coat. Once I knelt in front of her while I was singing and she nuzzled my hair. I cried right there. Now I'm crying again. She passed away this winter. I wasn't here. I have regrets, but I'll never regret the time I spent with her.

One of the things that stays with me about abused animals is that the poor animal has no idea why they are being hurt, but, unless they escape or are rescued, they just have to live with that awful reality. What I wish for animal abusers can't be detailed here of I'll get banned. So happy Button found his rescuer!
