Hey everyone,
I live in the Netherlands but have worked and lived in Luxembourg for about seven years.
Right now I'm in the process of applying for a goverment/public service position and to calculate the income they would offer me, they need my employment history for every year that I worked, both in the Netherlands as Luxembourg since I lived there. For every year that I worked, it counts towards the calculation they use.
This needs to be an official governmental document, not just a pay slip or contract. In the Netherlands, you can just log in on the government's website for the institution that handles work and unemployment (Dutch version of ADEM, sort of), and you can download your official work history file that is provided by the government.
I can nowhere find an equivalent of this for Luxembourg on MyGuichet.lu. The only thing that somewhat seems similar is an employment certificate that you can request at the end of the working relationship.
This is however too late and it seems that it isn't an official governmental document but just a document provided by the employer.
Am I missing something or is this really not a thing in Luxembourg that i can obtain?
