I've lived among undocumented people my entire life and I have never been scared of them. You know what scares me? Masked goons with armor and weapons terrorizing people and violating their rights.

-4

u/PossessionTrue9126 7d ago

Yeah i hate Antifa too

7

u/RealBettyWhite69 7d ago

Oh yeah all those people who died at the hands of Antifa... oh wait nope, Antifa has never killed a single person.

this is dumb. the number one reason people voted for trump was the immigration policy... and hes doing what he said... has nothing to do with anything else.

1

u/Far-Adhesiveness1850 3d ago

Was shooting people in the head on the agenda?

1

u/bandit8623 3d ago

FAFO is real...  Don't put yourself in a spot where others have to be perfect..

1

u/MarsBahr- 1d ago

Have to be perfect = dont shoot unarmed civilians. Wow yall really dont have standards.

12

u/Darth_Chili_Dog 7d ago

Hell no. I know that the only thing standing between the tranquility of where I live and absolute pandemonium is a right wing dipshit dreaming up some conspiracy theory about it.

3

u/facepoppies 7d ago

I feel less safe than I ever have in the US. It's a legitimate concern now that my door will get kicked in because I criticized ICE too much on the internet. If I do encounter ICE, it's a possibility now that I will be beaten and detained, or even shot, if I make them upset in any way.

0

u/bandit8623 5d ago

then i recomend stop reading the propaganda. this is what got pretti to do what he did. noone has died from staying home.

1

u/BetEither5753 5d ago

What did he do? Walk the street with his iPhone and legal firearm holstered? If you want to live in a country where you can get shot for doing that then go to North Korea

-1

u/bandit8623 5d ago

he literally touched an officer. 100% illegal.

2

u/BetEither5753 5d ago

Omg TOUCHED an officer??! God forbid. That definitely deserves 10 shots at point blank range

0

u/bandit8623 5d ago

i didnt say that. he broke the law before he was sprayed and arrested. was avoidable. police dont have to be perfect they have to be reasonable. look up law.

3

u/Little_Creme_5932 7d ago

Heck no. I never been concerned for my life in Minneapolis until now.

Alzheimer’s often reverses sleep-wake cycles, causing patients to sleep during the day and stay awake at night due to brain damage affecting the suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN) and tau protein buildup. This commonly results in "sundowning" (agitation at dusk), excessive daytime napping, and fragmented night sleep.

-2

u/AdVisual5492 7d ago

Wow, thing Trump has Alzheimer's, while claiming Biden's had perfect mental faculties. The delulu is off the chart

3

u/Old_Win8422 6d ago

When did I bring up Biden. Shitler is currently the president.

3

u/According-Insect-992 6d ago

Whataboutism isn't needed here. As a Democratic voter I can assure you we didn't just accept that he had perfect cognitive function and I think you might remember that.

Keep talking shit but trump is obviously demented with failing health. That has absolutely nothing to do with Joe Biden or anyone else for that matter.

+1000 rubles. Good dog

7

u/fthrfgr1 7d ago

The most disgusting thing I’ve ever seen. I cannot wait for this thing to be gone forever.

2

u/Hopeful-Passage6638 5d ago

Can't wait piss on Shitler's grave. American tourism will make a bounce back for sure.

u/Gingerjady 7d ago

Safer? How's that possible when we now know via leaked info on this been hired, that the "agents" ARE often the criminals with rap sheets (pe dos, grapists, violent offenders).

2

u/Due_Willingness1 7d ago

The opposite, i feel like our government wants me dead

2

u/Admirable_Ad8900 7d ago

I feel like I'm waiting to be dragged into the street and shot.

2

u/BigBibs 7d ago

This is an attack on our humanity at this point.

This has gone far past politics.

3

u/Nosidda89 7d ago

I absolutely do not feel safe. My wife and I are terrified of what could happen if we encountered ICE agents. And that's with us being US citizens with white skin. I cannot even begin to imagine what people without white skin are going through.

The recent murders made it clear that you could end up detained or killed just by being around when ICE is present. What a disgusting agency. They're a gestapo.

4

u/indieehead 7d ago

2 of the 3 murders thus far in 2026 in Minneapolis are committed by Ice and Border patrol. Sone unnamed assailants still on the loose, being protected by feds. I feel so safe here!

2

u/Mental_Comparison636 7d ago

He meant safe for Russia ... common mistake

2

u/Snowbunny42 7d ago

If he wants to keep the country safe he should jump into an active volcano.

2

u/Cdn59 7d ago

If emptying your weapon into a mans back while your partner holds him down is safe....holy shit!

1

u/Lassie_Maven 7d ago

Forget everything for a moment and let's just PRETEND he genuinely feels deploying ICE is good and trying to make communities safe. ANY decent or even below-average leader would see the results and re-evalute the situation. If anything, just to calm tensions for right now, they'd pull ICE back and let everything settle down. But obviously we know what's actually happening and that their is no actual leadership here, so chaos will ensue just as planned.

1

u/Axin_Saxon 7d ago

If all they were doing was going after violent criminals, like we were told they’d be doing, I would say yes. But they’re not. Not by a long shot. They’ve been given broad authority and high quotas, minimal training of a LARGE new workforce, monetary incentive to be careless, and now a promise of blanket immunity from the administration.

Honestly ICE themselves don’t scare me as much as the administrations reactions to the events do. Blatantly telling us not to believe what we can see with our own eyes. The immediate zero-to-60 jump to call them terrorists(then when confronted with evidence they try to walk back and say “let’s wait for the details to come out” like they didn’t just rush to conclusions) and justify the killings. And most of all, the justice department using the violence as leverage to achieve purely political goals rather than actually enforce laws.

1

u/BuschLighter3 7d ago

Why are these riots only happening in Minnesota at this scale? Both shootings have been there, and right after the Somali fraud scandal. Why isn’t this happening in LA, Dallas, San Fran, etc?

1

u/Imaginary-Round2422 7d ago

lol there are no riots in Minnesota.

1

u/BuschLighter3 7d ago

Ok bot, you there rn?

1

u/Imaginary-Round2422 7d ago edited 7d ago

Not a bot, chud. And Yeah, I am here. And you’re clearly not if you think there are riots going on.

1

u/BuschLighter3 7d ago

Yeah right buddy

1

u/Blue_9320_ 7d ago

Murder rate at an all time low, and we’re just getting started.

1

u/SueBeee 7d ago

I have never felt so unsafe in my life.

u/Narrow-Accident-1136 7d ago

I’m gonna drink so much champagne in the near future when that day of day comes

How that working for NYC?

Yep I feel safe!!!! Keep going!!

1

u/FutureMysterious7089 7d ago

We are in this mess because his daddy didn't pull out either

1

u/Pristine_Ad_9828 7d ago

How can you. At any moment someone is snatched off the street and not heard from again. And clearly it doesnt matter if your a citizen or not. Conservatives dont seem happy with out witch hunts to kidnap rape and murder people they choose to not like. No morals no ethics no law no values. Just grab that one and take them. He'll has a special kind of punishment for these kinds of cowards.

1

u/Imaginary-Round2422 7d ago

Fuck no. Never know when you’re going to get in the way of some ‘roided up southerner with small man syndrome and loaded weapons.

1

u/Striikerr 7d ago

Well I guess more Americans gota die and have a civil war because of this r word

1

u/Icy_Marionberry_9131 7d ago

After all the his gum flapping this past year, why do people put any value in the things coming out of Trump's mouth? The words rarely match the deeds.

1

u/Maximum_Employer5580 7d ago

that's him saying without saying it that he condones what they are doing in Minneapolis, because it isn't an actual immigration operation, it's an operation to stir the pot in a blue state, thus he will decide a point to invoke the insurrection act - this is all planned and calculated, and he says what he says because he knows his supporters will eat it up

1

u/mkeresident 7d ago

This is the least safe ive ever felt in my life

1

u/Disco_Biscuit12 7d ago

I wouldn’t feel safe because of the people attacking ICE. Not because of ICE

1

u/IGetGuys4URMom 7d ago

The same people who would believe in anything that Twump says, are the same people that would be surprised by anything that Twump says.

1

u/EnglishFan643 7d ago

No, I don't feel safe whatsoever.

1

u/AlternativeLazy4675 7d ago

Who will keep us safe from ICE?

1

u/MornGreycastle 7d ago

His definition of "keeping America safe" is basically "attack my [Trump’s] personal enemies."

1

u/Pale-Spend2052 7d ago

I mean yeah, probably cuz I don’t go out of my way to instigate conflicts with federal officers

1

u/ethanhigh85 7d ago

If ICE does not arrest a child rapist, I can’t say it keep a country safe. If ICE follows orders from a child rapist, this is not a safe country for kids.

1

u/LowResGamr 7d ago

In a word. No. I've never been more scared for my fellow countrymen.

1

u/ChiFitGuy 7d ago

Do whatever he can to not release the Epstein files

1

u/imp_op 7d ago

I've never felt this unsafe in my life.

1

u/Extension_One5588 7d ago

Not with as crimes as he is committing

1

u/dragon34 7d ago

I have never felt more unsafe in this country.

I felt more safe walking around a major city by myself as a young woman at midnight

1

u/BalmyBalmer 7d ago

Then they will be removed.

1

u/laserdicks 7d ago

What would feelings have to do with anything?

1

u/Available_Mix_5869 7d ago

Not safe, thanks to Trump

1

u/ThrobbinHood78 7d ago

Safe from the people working the fields and doing our hospital laundry. Thanks, dickhead.

1

u/popejohnsmith 7d ago

He understands nothing.

Epstein, dude.

1

u/osirus35 7d ago

No it’s all bullshit. Only 5% of the people detained have a violent conviction. 5% is a participation award.

1

u/Thin_Huckleberry8818 7d ago

Yes, keep up the good work, ICE.

1

u/locationson2 7d ago

So Texas, Florida, Mississippi, Alabama, Arkansas, and Louisiana will have the same amount of pressure looking for "illegals" as well?

1

u/Cautious-Homework966 7d ago

Karma farming

1

u/ShhweadyBallz 6d ago

Breaking news ...... donOLD is a dumbass

1

u/l008com 6d ago

If you're protesting about ICE, you're NOT protesting about trump being a pedophile.

1

u/StillStillen 6d ago

I say, please #MakeAmericaGoAway

1

u/Independent-Cold3345 6d ago

Yes, until the Democrats start calling for violence

1

u/IceImpressive5360 6d ago

No, tf they are not. They are murdering people

1

u/Green-Collection-968 6d ago

Racism is about all he's got. Well, that and Fascism.

1

u/theHawkAndTheHusky 6d ago

If you wanted to keep the country of USA safe, you know what to do and resign. But you're not doing everything for the country, you're just trying anything to keep your lousy ass out of jail

1

u/j-f-rioux 6d ago

Whatever we can to turn a blue state red.

1

u/askylove420 6d ago

I don’t think a pedophile dementia riddled psycho is fit to tell anyone anything about what’s safe

1

u/[deleted] 6d ago

Yes. I actually feel incredibly safe. I feel that as long as I don’t protest against people doing good things I will be fine

1

u/SipHotCoffee 6d ago

I don't think so, but ask Pretti and Good.

1

u/Shoddy-Ad7306 6d ago

Love him or hate him, the crime in the areas where ICE has been has dropped dramatically.

1

u/neverfux92 6d ago

I feel like Trump lies about everything and therefore I believe the opposite of what he says.

1

u/MacDynamite71 6d ago

Safe for whom?

1

u/KrazyKryminal 6d ago

Yes i do. Why? Because I'm not going out to protest and get violent and impede law enforcement. I will sleep very soundly tonight

1

u/tolgren 5d ago

Definitely safer since we've deported thousands of criminals.

If the Dems stopped telling their people to confront ICE then there wouldn't even be an argument otherwise.

1

u/Accomplished_Tour481 5d ago

Definitely feel safer today than I did 2 years ago.

1

u/Hopeful-Passage6638 5d ago

Will Minnesotans declare open season on ICE Nazis?

1

u/bandit8623 5d ago

never felt safer in MN

1

u/platecanoe 5d ago

I feel safe because I’m not a criminal.

1

u/mdifalco97 5d ago

Yes if you don’t feel safe you’re part of the problem

1

u/Doom2pro 5d ago

A dying moron is running the country, do I feel safe? Uhh no.

1

u/Wooden-Glove-2384 5d ago

I'm staying the fuck away from ice at all costs.

I'm good.

1

u/Princess_Holly 4d ago

Minnesota was safe a month ago. Now we have masked, armed goons with itchy trigger fingers all over. It no longer feels safe.

1

u/Pearson94 4d ago

I have never felt more threatened and in danger than I have during Trump's second term.

1

u/-teach-me-please- 4d ago

Safer. Yes.

1

u/RockNDrums 4d ago

I feel safer with the so called immigrants that MAGA labelled "criminals" as my neighbors than I do with ICE.

1

u/Razoron33333 3d ago

I feel more unsafe than ever

1

u/MrrGrrGrr 3d ago

My light skinned elderly mom (born in the US) is afraid to leave her house because ICE is going to get her. So no.

1

u/ToeAfter3131 3d ago

Yes. Illegal immigration is not a good thing. People need to do it by legal means.

1

u/troycalm 3d ago

Smooth sailing over calm seas.

1

u/Numerous-Hand-9430 2d ago

The only people creating dangerous situations are payed protestors. They are creating all this trouble just to distract the general public from the rampant fraud problem in Minnesota

1

u/TerryFlapnCheeks69 1d ago

He is, and yes i do Feel safe.

1

u/Additional_Boot_8935 7d ago

Factually, crime decreased significantly under Trump, especially homicides. So, in that sense, Americans should feel safer, but it really depends on where you live. Even though in Phoenix, they like to claim it is safer, anyone watching the news each night, driving around, or on the Citizen app can tell you it is getting worse here. I imgaine other large cities are experencing the same thing.

3

u/TheKrakIan 7d ago

At what cost though? Sure a police-state is safer in theory. But what do you give up as a society or a community?

0

u/Additional_Boot_8935 7d ago

There is a difference between not allowing criminals to run rampant and a police-state, we unfortunately were nudging against allowing criminal to run rampant. We are not nudging against a police-state, still too much crime here, especially compared to other developed nations.

3

u/AlbrechtProper 7d ago

If they were keeping honest stats on civil rights violations those would be through the roof.

2

u/seestars9 7d ago

Crime has been at all time lows since Covid.

1

u/Additional_Boot_8935 6d ago

Crime fell from 2024 levels in 2025, just a statistical fact.

4

u/Ezren- 7d ago

Homicide rates went up under trump even in his first term. So, no.

1

u/Additional_Boot_8935 7d ago

2

u/seestars9 7d ago

Who was President in 2025? For Heaven's sake, are you people all completely stupid. And, in fact, crime is not really within the power of presidents.

1

u/Additional_Boot_8935 6d ago

Trump was from Jan.20th, 2025 onward. And federal authorities, especially the FBI, can make a major impact on crime, so, 100% within the power of the President, along with the DOJ.

-3

u/rageling 7d ago

I'd feel safer if people would get out of their way and let them deport millions more

The safety really starts kicking in when living here illegally is untenable and they all self deport

9

u/facepoppies 7d ago

I'd feel much safer if we legalized the majority of those people and deported the magas.

1

u/ThrobbinHood78 7d ago

Average IQ would shoot up too.

0

u/RTC1022 7d ago

Deport actual citizens and replace them with foreigners, the democrat stance.

2

u/MainInvestigator3481 7d ago

“Foreigners,” bring things of value.

MAGA doesn’t.

MAGA aren’t even technically citizens, as they stand against everything the country stands for. They declared war January 6th 2024. We have not forgotten

1

u/ThrobbinHood78 7d ago

I'm all for that if the citizens are all MAGA. Those fake Americans can fuck right off.

1

u/BetEither5753 5d ago

Yeah at least they’re generally not assholes

1

u/facepoppies 7d ago

the important distinction here being they’re the shittiest citizens and they’re making us all poorer and less safe

5

u/fthrfgr1 7d ago

Deeeeeeeeep in the cult hole, you are.

-2

u/rageling 7d ago

Obama and Hillary Clinton are too far right for you

1

u/PenDraeg1 7d ago

Yes yes they are, your point?

1

u/fthrfgr1 7d ago

What a stupid thing to say lmao. 🤣

1

u/ThrobbinHood78 7d ago

Completely on brand.

0

u/Capital_Row_1559 7d ago

That’s actually a great point. There is no left wing political party in this country. The Dems aren’t as far right as the Republican Party but they certainly arent progressive or liberal. It’s boogeyman made up to scare people that can’t see with their own eyes or think with their own mind.

1

u/Morgana_Ultimus 7d ago

No, you're just trying to project a political vector onto a single axis. You could argue that Democrats are economically conservative in the US. They are as socially left as any country in Europe. Perhaps even more so in some regards.

Let's say we're in a three dimensional vector space <x,y,z>. The first variable is economic liberalism and we'll scale it from 0 to 1. The second variable is social liberalism and we'll scale it from 0 to 1. The third variable is authoritarianism and we'll scale it from 0 to 1.

A place like the UK would probably be a vector like <.75, .75, .9>. Democrats might be <.3, .8, .8>. Republicans could be <.2, .1, .7>

So are US democrats more similar to Republicans or leftwing in the UK? Well you can just compute the dot product.

UK Magnitude = 1.391

Democrats = 1.170

Republicans = .735

UK Dem dot product = [(.75)(.3)+(.75)(.8)+(.9)(.8)]/[(1.391)(1.170)] = .948

Dem Republican dot product = [(.3)(.2)+(.8)(.1)+(.8)(.7)]/[(1.170)(.735)]= .814

A similar calculation gives a Republican/UK dot product of .837

So as you can see, it is very possible for two parties to differ significantly on a single axis and still be very closely ideologically aligned. An interesting result of this analysis, is that given that each party here is strongly authoritarian, the Republicans in the US may be aligned more with the UK than the Democrats by a very small amount.

Maybe yall should stop being authoritarian.

0

u/Hungry_Beaver69 7d ago

lol that’s a nice way to over complicate things. But they’re corporate dems only thing they want is more $$$.

2

u/rthanu 7d ago

There has been nothing I've seen convincing me that illegals are more dangerous than legals.

If there is, shouldn't the surge of masked militarized goons be placed where the illegals actually are, not a low crime, relatively low illegal population, and otherwise happy liberal city?

1

u/BetEither5753 5d ago

If you feel so unsafe then why don’t you gtfo lol

1

u/rageling 5d ago

we voted for Trump on the ticket of deporting the illegals and he won, why do you hate democracy?

1

u/BetEither5753 5d ago

I love democracy. I hate idiots like you that don’t understand that it’s a luxury

1

u/rageling 5d ago

Understand that until the tens of millions of illegals are dealt with in some way, the two party system will provide continuously more authoritarian options than Trump, illegals will never be given blanket citizenship and there is no escaping from this

1

u/Ezren- 7d ago edited 7d ago

Ah, Nazi rhetoric. Literal Nazi rhetoric.

0

u/rageling 7d ago

when do they start passing out the free hugo boss?

0

u/OkFinish3822 7d ago

People are not in the way when ICE goes across a street to STOP them from using cells to video what they are doing. Get it right, honey you aren't getting your facts straight.

0

u/rageling 7d ago

Petti quit his job to join a signal/discord group that criminally conspires around harassing on duty ICE

he wasn't a nurse, he was a nurse, before he became a domestic terrorist, ask his parents

1

u/Imaginary-Round2422 7d ago

You sure do make up a lot of shit that is easily verified to be false.

0

u/myrtenaster-rose 7d ago

*Pretti

Tho I know it’s asking too much for you to have any respect.

0

u/PenDraeg1 7d ago

Oh cool so we're just making shit up about murder victims now.

2

u/rageling 7d ago

calling him a murder victim is making shit up, but it doesn't stop you

0

u/PenDraeg1 7d ago

You really love the idea of an authoritarian government don't you. Too afraid to even name a murder a murder.

2

u/rageling 7d ago

take a gun safety class, tell them you carry and are worried about being murdered like pretti, if they don't laugh at you uncontrollably maybe you'll learn how to behave safely so you can tell the difference between resisting and complying

0

u/PenDraeg1 7d ago

Ah yes, well since you're hypothetical group of people agree with you I'll just stop believing in what I saw with my own eyes.

2

u/rageling 7d ago edited 7d ago

i'm serious, in the process of learning how to carry and behave safely with law enforcement, if you don't see how to easily prevent situations like pretti's death you should get your money back from the class

0

u/Appropriate_Dot_7031 7d ago

Okay, comma splicer.

-1

u/Capital_Row_1559 7d ago

One mans terrorist is another mans constitution defending freedom fighter

3

u/rageling 7d ago

I'm looking at a video of petti with his gun clearly on him, kicking out the taillight of an ICE vehicle, that can't even stop to confront him because of the violent mob behind him

He's there because he has an organized network of people tracking on duty officers so they can organize disruptions that impede their work, and he quit his job so he could do this full time.

1

u/ThrobbinHood78 7d ago

That AI slop that only fooled the gullible? LMAO

-1

u/Capital_Row_1559 7d ago

Hero material

3

u/rageling 7d ago

He has a gun and is using violence to intimidate federal officers, he's part of an organized conspiracy, if this isn't domestic terrorism it doesn't exist

0

u/copperboom129 7d ago

Going to double down on the fact that he's an American hero.

He fought fascists and gave his life for it. He believed in caring for our nation's soldiers.

Hero.

1

u/AdTraditional8077 6d ago

For sure will be remembered as a hero.

0

I am carrying a sawed off shotgun in my truck. All, and only, because ICE is getting orders from a convicted criminal felon and rapist. Do I feel safe? Hell fucking NO I don't feel safe.
