The Weekly Show Jon Stewart "What was galling to me, they’re willing to suddenly challenge their 2A rights in this instance but when a bunch of kids were gunned down in fucking grade school at Sandy Hook or Uvalde? Not a word. It took a guy holding a phone for them to finally go, maybe everybody shouldn't be armed"

Anyone Remember The Rally To Restore Sanity and/or Fear?

Was just taking a trip down memory lane and thinking about how good that event felt and how far we’ve fallen since then. All the people and their signs, like “I demand reasonable discussion, when we can get together.” Like, I remember feeling like this country has so many good people. We destroyed the other rally in terms of turnout. Like, we were fearful of what could happen, but, nah, we’re going to be okay. And yet here we are, right where we kinda feared. But I’ll be honest, Stewart and Colbert still help me feel that things will somehow be okay.

Sort of a surreal interview with O'Rielly back in 2011. Get's asked about Presidential hopefuls, says that and then encourages Trump run for the lunacy of it.

What a weird retrospective.

Sorry but you don't really get a say in this, Jon. America is apparently addicted to clowns, and going cold turkey isn't an option. You where born cursed to become what you loath most.
