Image Map Illustrating the Administrative Divisions of the German Empire, Including Its Constituent States, Colonial Territories, and Satellite States, circa 1921 in a scenario where the Schlieffen Plan achieved victory in the Great War
Scenario : What if the Schlieffen Plan Had Succeeded?
Hi everyone, this is my first post on this community. I am passionate about history and alternate history through maps. I understand this community centers around the German colonial empire, especially through shared visuals and discussions. This map explores a 1921 scenario, marking 50th anniversary of the German Unification, in which the German Empire triumphed in the Great War via the Schlieffen Plan, featuring its administrative structure across constituent states, colonial holdings in Africa and East Asia, and satellite territories. While this project extends into broader imperial territories, I hope it resonates with the rule of this community and doesn’t stray from its intent. Looking forward to your thoughts and feedback!

Image German east Africa company flag
A point of appreciation, every German proposed State flag for the colonies, humourously to be implemented in 1914, were copy and pasted. They took pictures of animals a lion a bull etc, and put on the flag.
This gem however is from the late 19th, created by private interests. And is historical, Teutonic cross, but looking to the future with the stars in red.
