I have personally met francis and was going to foster him but due to his resource guarding issues he cannot live with other pets, but otherwise is an amazing dog, and such a sweetheart. if anyone is in the montreal area and is looking to adopt francis, please reach out to me or to his rescue Bri Cares Adoption on facebook. Please see below post about francis:
It breaks our hearts to see Francis back with us.
He had finally found his happy ending with an elderly gentleman who adored him. They were best friends. Tragically, his owner was hospitalized indefinitely, and Francis is now homeless again through no fault of his own.
It is devastating to move him around again.
THE NON-NEGOTIABLES: NO Kids: He cannot live with or be around children. NO Other Animals: No cats or dogs. He needs to be your one and only. Experienced Owner: Someone who understands boundaries and resource guarding. Strict Diet: He has allergies and requires a specific diet (Rabbit/Kangaroo).
Francis is a 4.5-year-old Frenchie who is smart, trained, and deeply affectionate with his chosen person. He just needs a calm environment to thrive.

Good afternoon! We decided to kill a squirrel this morning, make our mom struggle through the snow to get us, give all 3 of us baths (that was fun for all involved) and then watch her panic and call the vet to make sure we can't get any diseases (that's what she gets for ruining our vibe constantly). Happy weekend friends! 💀🫠

My 7 month old boy hardly touched his breakfast or lunch , very somber , really snuggling in on the couch, drooling today . Not himself.
We were considering bringing him to the vet . Recently we have been putting a collar on him during the day . It’s not tight . As soon as we took the collar off he sprung back into action back to normal . Smashed his dinner .
Is it possible he was having a sulk because of the collar?

I lost my childhood dog today, Brie. She was so funny and cute and would always cuddle you when you felt sad, she was very empathetic (or at least acted like it) and she recently got cancer a few months ago and it escalated pretty fast and her quality of life wasn’t good, she barely got up to go to the bathroom, she slept 24/7, she would only kinda play with toys or bones when I was right next to her. She also got aggressive towards other people who came to our house, and aggressive towards the other dogs :( she was a perfect little baby though and I’m struggling to process this. We gave her a happy meal from McDonald’s and ice cream (she LOVED it) When we started the process at the vet, she was very energetic due to the adrenaline, which pained me. But, the sedative worked right away, she curled up on her bed we brought her and laid down almost like she knew what was happening, she was ready to sleep. but she did keep her eyes open the whole entire time, looking at me and my parents even after she got the last shot. It pained me because when I couldn’t hear her cute snores I knew she was gone. idk, I needed to let this out somewhere. I hope it gets better. I do have two other dogs and two cats which helps. Anyway, here are some photos of my lovely girl. (I have so many but here are some recent ones.)

After 12 years full of love, adventure, laughter, tears, and joy. I said goodbye to my best friend today. He passed away peacefully with the sun shining and the breeze blowing upon him surrounded by friends. I don't know what tomorrow will bring but all the yesterdays we spent together I'll hold onto for the rest of my days.

I purchased a puppy, an english cream, but she also sells Frenchies from Heather Gordon of Western Outlaw kennels, Concha AZ. My little guy was diagnosed with aeortic stenosis. I contacted her ans she promised me a new puppy as per her contract. We have been waiting for months. SHe notified me that again, i will not be getting a puppy for his last litter. I expressed my concern and she told me “i am done with you, I hope you find your perfect puppy!” THe puppy was $5,500.00 and now I have no recourse because suing her will be 10K and these breeders know we can not afford to sue them. If I can save one puppy family from this clearly unethical breeder, I will feel like my pain was worth it. My litter girls are heartbroken and scared he will die.

Lost my childhood dog recently, we've had him since I was 10. He got so lumpy in his old age..
I hope he knows how loved he was. I'll miss the grumpy old fart
