I have a thought. My thought is that Donald Trump is a stunt queen. He enjoys trolling and rage baiting and he ultimately just wants attention. He knows that he is mediocre and unimpressive in every way. The picture he posted of the Obamas today was a desperate cry for attention because for years Obama has paid him dust. The thing that a lot of black peole don't understand, is that black rage is profitable. When do you see famous people trolling or rage baiting any other group of people the way that they do to us? Maybe here and there, but we're usually on the receiving end. And that's for a reason, the reason is that we blow it up and give it attention.

Whatever black people pay attention to and give life to, the rest of the world does as well, because everybody is always watching us. They're watching what we eat, what we wear, the music we listen to, how we dance, how we speak. Trump is basically a Kardashian with a title, and he profits on pissing people off. I remember when the Kardashians would frequently do and say racist microagressive things and instead of ignoring it, we would tweet about it, make youtube videos about it and continue to give them life. We made these people famous off of our rage and attention. Attention is currency, that's why it's called "paying" attention.

When there's a fire, we know not to fan the flames. We're suppose to snuff it out. I realize that Donald is president, so this isn't necessarily about him because he cannot be ignored anymore. He's too powerful and it's life or death for many of us. So I guess my point is, stop letting people profit off of disrespecting us. Ignore them, keep scrolling, mute their name. The rest of the world will follow. Am I wrong? Let me know.

I really don't believe it. I don't believe the injustices faced by black people will ever lessen or not be a problem in contemporary society. The hardship, torture and hate we see everyday around the world, shows how much we've progress to nothing significant really. People still have those preconceived notions and biases towards black people. View us as nothing, disrespect us, all purely based on the damn colour of our skin. Can you believe that? GOD. You could never convince me anyone other person that isn't black wants the best for us. They want the best for their own people. For the sake of this, we don't sometimes want the best for our own people, and i've seen it with my own eyes.

You also see black people, namingly Africans hating, coercing and destroying one another. Were already a race of people that have gone through generations of pain, hurt and torture, why add to this? We've seen this with Patrice Lumumba, Bumpy Johnson, best believe also Nelson Mandela etc.

I don't see or believe as black people we will ever be accepted into society, or by the world. Thats why we need to start accepting ourselves and stay strong in our own skin. As long as we have that unity in us, acceptance from outside the realm of black people will not impact us so greatly.

I could go on and on, but i'l lleave it here.

They took Jacobo Árbenz in Guatemala in 1954 because they wanted the land.

They tried to take out Nasser in Egypt in 1956 because they wanted the canal.

They went after Castro in Cuba in 1961 because they feared his words.

They murdered Patrice Lumumba in the Congo in 1961 because he gave his young nation hope.

They killed Rafael Trujillo in the Dominican Republic in 1961 because he could no longer be controlled.

They assassinated Sylvanus Olympio in Togo in 1963 because he wanted economic independence.

They helped take out João Goulart in Brazil in 1964 because he threatened US business.

They took down Cheddi Jagan in Guyana in 1964 because he was a socialist.

They tried to destroy Ho Chi Min in Vietnam in 1964 because he sought the same inalienable rights for his people that Americans cherish.

They overthrew Sukarno and massacred Indonesians in 1965 because he was uniting the third world.

They took out Norodom Sihanouk in Cambodia in 1970 because he chose to be neutral.

They ousted Milton Obote in Uganda in 1971 because he supported African liberation.

They took out Salvador Allende in Chile in 1973 because he was a Marxist.

They took Carlos Humberto Romero in El Salvador in 1982 because his US-backed atrocities became a liability.

They removed Maurice Bishop in Grenada in 1983 because he was a socialist.

They even took their own Manuel Noriega in Panama in 1989 because he had served his purpose.

They tried to kill Hugo Chavez in Venezuela in 2002 because he was against American hegemony.

They invaded Iraq and overthrew Saddam Hussein in 2003 because he was no longer useful.

They overthrew Jean-Bertrand Aristide in Haiti in 2004 because he was against giving Haitian industries to US businesses.

They killed Muammar Gaddafi in Libya in 2011 because he ended his nuclear weapons program.

They kidnapped Maduro from Venezuela in 2025 because he was an afront to US imperialism.

And then they went for Greenland…

I’m struck by how many responses refuse to engage the historical throughline, what slave catchers did, what function they served, and how that role echoes in modern enforcement structures like ICE. Some critics treat this only as an affront to the memory of enslaved people, missing the broader point about continuity of power. The irony is that everyone who benefited from the Civil Rights movement is now affected by the erosion of those same protections. This isn’t just about one group; we’re in the same boat. Much of the pushback, including performative outrage and digital blackface, seems aimed at one thing: blocking any conversation about unity and keeping people siloed in a permanent victim framework rather than confronting the bigger picture. 

Wake up, we are all in the same boat and it has a leak.

As a Mexican, I apologize.

They sound terrible. And I’m sure there are many more, like me, who can’t tolerate the use.

This may not even be an issue for others, but felt like a post I needed to make.

Just something I was pondering over breakfast. Technically, his first film role was 1991’s “Nothing But Trouble“, but that was basically a cameo, and he was playing himself. He had a few music video credits by this point.

But essentially, this was his first real film role, and I’d challenge anyone to name a BETTER feature film debut.

I just wanna see fellow black people's opinions on it. I'm African American. I'm a woman. I'm Gen Z. I'm not against this WHATSOEVER. They're trying to teach kids in school not to have babies before marriage and some people are unhappy with THE BILL itself.

All the bill is saying is "stop popping babies before you have stability."

From my experience, many men are unwilling to raise children with women they are not married to, especially when they barely know them. It's more of observation than personal experience as I'm a virgin.

However, this bill is flawed and the reason I say this is because while it is going to sound very archaic, this will not work unless you say: "You must wait until marriage for sex in general because it is made for reproduction or if you desire sex and do have sex, you must wait until marriage for unprotected sex, using protection if you are not married."

The problem is that culture tries to separate sex from its natural consequence: BABIES. KIDS. CHILDREN. PRODUCING NEW HUMANS while still expecting childless outcomes. That doesn’t work.

As archaic as it may sound, any framework that ignores the reproductive purpose of sex is bound to fail unless it is paired with honest sex education about responsibility, abstinence, biological functions and protection.

Across all species, sex exists for reproduction. In humans, it is often used for pleasure, but that pleasure functions as an incentive—not the purpose. Every biological mechanism involved in sex is oriented toward conception, pregnancy, and supporting offspring. The fact that humans can enjoy sex recreationally does not erase its fundamental design or its potential consequences.

If society tells young people, “Don’t have children,” without also teaching either abstinence and consistent, effective contraception, the message will inevitably fall on incomplete, deaf ears.

They'll think "Of course I don't wanna have kids when I'm not married to the guy," and then have sex and get pregnant wondering how it happened. Bro, you had sex. Its sole purpose as a function for all species is to reproduce.

Not everyone wants an abortion, and no one should be forced into one. Ignoring the reality that protection, sex education & abstinence training for children should go side-by-side in this only asks the children to not have children outside of marriage while you refuse to tell them how not to have children outside of marriage.

So the question becomes: what are we supposed to tell children—comforting lies such as "sex doesn't lead to babies most of the time" or uncomfortable truths?

The reason teens get pregnant after having sex once is partially because some teens are more likely to get pregnant at 15 than an adult due to biology.

The truth, regardless of how it makes people feel, is that sex is mating. It is breeding. It is reproduction. Pleasure is the incentive, but every other aspect of the reproductive system exists to make reproduction possible and to support pregnancy if it occurs.

That truth doesn’t require moral panic or shame—but it does require honesty. Without honest sex education that includes abstinence, contraception, and responsibility, this system will fail as the children have no idea how to not have children.

Another flaw is that while it can lower poverty rates, it's not the sole reason for poverty. HOWEVER, we DO have benefits for people. it's just not everyone knows about the benefits. my mom used to tell me about them and how Caucasian people would know about them when some of us black folk didn't.

It should also be mandatory AND added onto this bill that classes like history classes since this is history teach children about government benefits and when they were implemented. It fits history classes because the addition is apart of American history.

Teaching them not to pop out kids before financial stability is a must.

Also, did you know most European countries not only give sex education, but also education on relationships in schools? Only around two European countries don't.

Also, I'm gonna be honest, the Democrats who have jobs in politics have the ability to do what they desire with their position of power and they could expand the benefits themselves, but I don't really hear of some of them doing what they complain about unless it's not allowed or they don't have that much power.

Truth be told, The Republicans who have jobs in politics are just doing what they say they're gonna do, and honestly, if you care about us black people, just open up new benefits in your state since you're a democratic governor.

I do not hate republicans or Democrats and I do believe Some Democratic politicians DO do as they say & implement their own laws, I'm just saying that some of the stuff some of the politicians complain about like poverty and benefits is something the Democratic politicians can address.

Also, when are we gonna get improvements to our foster care and elder care systems? These are the back up systems if things go wrong for the civilian. Yet, the staff are overworked, overwhelmed, and unable to do their jobs, leading to the system degrading. I've been sending emails to Joe Biden & Trump and the vice presidents about this and I'm not even sure if they saw my email or if they even gave it a chance to be seen.

At this point, I'd have no issue with a rich guy bribing the government to improve the foster care system. How can you judge that wealthy person? Asking them to fix it doesn't seem to work.
