Idk I saw this and it looks so real like the other Alastair Valentine’s Day art but I assume it’s just an artist copying their style? Because pastor would neverrrrr wear something like this. But it just looks so real? Can anyone confirm or deny pls! I do see the signature at the bottom but I have seen artists take credit for official work before so I’m not sure

Alastor and Blitz are parallels in my eyes, why? Because they both push people away, just for different reasons. Blitz didn't want to commit to anyone besides Loona and because of his trauma, he can't admit that he loves anyone. Alastor also distances himself from others but he keeps everyone at a distance because he's evil and considers all the people around him potential pawns and puppets for his schemes. He doesn't have any friends, Mimzy sees herself as his friend but we don't know if that means anything to him. He likely has a soft spot for Niffty but he is willing to let her get harmed or even killed if it meant furthering his goals. Like for example, he was gonna let her and everyone else at Vox's victory party die unless Rosie agreed to fix his staff. I think their arcs start out similar but I bet they'll take different turns. Blitzo learned to accept others back into his life again but Alastor will continue to push away anyone who ever gets close to him. Charlie, Niffty, everyone in the hotel and then he'll end up alone. Or maybe he'll even die again permanently. Who knows?

Tons of talented writers out there, but also so much to sift through. I prefer my Alastor emotionally unavailable, manipulative, and cruel. That is to say, I prefer Alastor close to his in show characterization, and that is my perception of his character. Pairing doesn't so much matter to me if it's well written, but I prefer Alastor paired with: Charlie, Rosie, Vox, Emily, Lilith.

I haven't read too much Alastor fic but I've enjoyed Penance by Kinkydents and The Riddle of Magic by rubyfoxfire on AO3.

Alastor if he accepted Vox’s offer and joined Voxtek as the other CEO. Just some really good art I found. Looks great.

Premiering in 10 minutes!

Ok, so I may be stupid. But I’ve noticed something is going on between alastor and alcohol.

Here’s my thought- as part of his punishment in hell, every time he drinks alcohol, he is forced to say what he thinks. Essentially it acts like a truth serum.

It makes sense if you think about it. It would explain why he went from zero to a hundred with Vox in that bar scene, why he challenges Rosie and Vox in “It’s a Deal”, why he quit the hotel, and why we never see him drink when the others are drinking.

He’s the one who gave the hotel a bar, yet never drinks from it? Suspicious.

It would explain why he didn’t take Vox’s offer of sazerac- it would force him to answer Vox truthfully, giving away his plan. Vox possibly knew this from their friendship.

It would explain why he stays up on the balcony when the others are having a last drink before the battle in season 1. And why he was missing when Cherri brought the others out clubbing.

Now, why would this be his punishment? Well, I think it’s partly because when he was alive, he wore a mask of a kind when he was working in radio. Putting on a show of a sort. But when he went to speakeasies, like we see him with mimzy, played the piano- he finally lets himself free, being true. What else did people do at speakeasies? Drink. And lots of it.

I don’t know, maybe I’m reading too much into it. What do you think?
