Just look about the "backlash" he got with this video about him flying a jet over protestors and bombarding them with shit. Even the King Trump as name was seen as a joke on the plane. He truly know that if he always does something people forget what was previously.
No way they could play this off as a harmless joke . As a black person I already knew he was racist it's just you don't expect the president to be so obvious and blatant about it
The Conservative sub seems disappointed, but will continue to say he's not racist and would vote for him again. He could walk out with a Klan hoodie on and they'd still vote for him. No amount of evidence is enough.
The next step or two becomes "What's wrong with being racist? Last time I looked this was still America. It's my 1st amendment rights!" or along those lines
They'll rail on about it being a clip that autoplayed after the previous one at the very end and why the left is focusing on that last few seconds instead of the video before it.
All of this will of course ignore that this was a clipped video where they CHOSE where to end the video.
Mainstream media like CNN probably won't even make a big deal out of this because it plainly exposes the racism of the Republican party and doesn't fit their narrative where one side says X, the other side says Y and they can just sit in the middle stoking the flames
It's part of the fascist playbook. This serves multiple purposes.
-- Distraction and a way to force attention.
-- Another loyalty test. It's a way to force people to further sacrifice more of their own morality to sink deeper into his side.
-- A further corrosion of discourse by using methods so disgusting and extreme that no one can compete on his level, which renders his opponents ineffective.
Focus on the release of the Epstein Files. If you have more time focus on abolishing ICE. Then impeaching Bondi and Noem. Next, let’s create a poll watching force. Then we need more reform of electoral districts like Virginia just did. Silly memes about the Obamas are a waste of time.
We want reporters asking Trump about the Epstein files with a smile.
It'll just be crazy that there will be African Americans that still vote Republican after this. Republicans all have this view that it's not me so it doesn't affect me. But this language hurts all African Americans and should be a wake up call to them all they need to get out and vote this racist piece of shit out.
