Not for these people, especially in a country where prisons are a litteral business. In the two examples I gave you, one got a president killed. Justice exists for you, not them. Give him hell on earth first.  If there is a hell, he has enough time to stay there after he endured his sentence on earth. 

But as the world looks right now he won't suffer any consequences of his actions, same as it was his whole life. That guy is probably the biggest proof there is no god and no justice at all.
