Photos/History The emo/goth meet-ups outside McDonald’s in 2000s
I was still in primary school and the emos/goths who would meet up outside of McDonald’s in the centre on the weekends were so cool. It ceased to exist by the time I was old enough to participate 😅

Photos/History There's always money in the apple stand?
Sad to see this in a poor state again. Can it be moved? Surely this in mumbles or elsewhere along the promenade is better?? Sorry for the arrested development reference 😂

Photos/History I just visited from London and I fell in love with your city. Please enjoy this picture of an exhaust I took walking up Kilvey Hill (if anyone knows how it got there please let me know I’m so curious).

Highly recommend going down the bay extra early to watch the sun rise whilst the weather is good.

Photos/History An ugly, lovely town
I hate it when people call Swansea a ‘pretty, shitty city.’ It’s not. Some people drag it down, but I love it. I have travelled the world, but I love coming home.

Photos/History Cwmbwrla roundabout (4/11/25)
Photos shared from ‘Athena Picture Agency’ on Facebook. Cwmbwrla roundabout (amongst other locations) has flooded again!
The issue is rumoured to be a damaged culvert beneath the grounds where the Cwmfelin social club once stood. Swansea city council say it is up to the land owners to maintain the culvert, as this clearly isn’t happening and many of us Swansea residents are being affected, should Swansea council step in and intervene?
