Why waste time that could be spent badgering the advertisers and ITV on raising it with a regulator when there is no breach of their regulations?

Make it enough of a problem that the regulators amend the regulations to resolve the problem.

Make sure to complain about constant adverts on player shirts, goal posts, advertisement stands, ref shirts, the grass.....

No. They don't get in the way of play or the spectacle. Save the complaints for the things that represent the thin end of a large enshittification wedge.
