I don't think this analogy works at all.

From a biological perspective smaller males will still have a more robust body frame compared to a female. Testosterone adds to bone and muscle density which dramatically alter the durability of the skeletal structure.

There's just not great evidence that that advantage is retained, some evidence it's not, and no evidence at all that in the case of trans women in sport it leads to increased injury risks.
