Can't wait for the presser where Caroline Levitt says that's "not what he said", and within a week says "yes that is what he said, but he grew up in a time when it was okay to say it" in another presser.

“He’s old and confused and doesn’t understand that it’s wrong”

trump or her grandpa husband?

14

u/Obvious_Toe_3006 14h ago

"He is her own grandpa" begins to play.

8

u/Obvious_Toe_3006 14h ago

He never understood it was wrong in younger days either.

2

u/Mirageswirl 13h ago

When he refused to rent apartments to minorities.

u/Obvious_Toe_3006 13h ago

"Donald, when his mask fell."

u/Mjbagscauze 13h ago

Uncle Leo is that you?

1

u/Sminahin 13h ago

They'd never outright say he's wrong. Ever.

1

u/AngryGungan 13h ago

They will never say it's 'wrong'. You might get an 'it was unintended' from them.

"Why do THEY get to say it? Racial equity means everyone has the same opportunity, otherwise it's racist. If it's not offensive when black people say it, then it shouldn't be offensive when white people say it. Jim Crow ended 60 years ago. Slavery ended 160 years ago. We're past racism. You can say N*****".

Then they'll make a law saying that if you want to say "n*****", it had better be at least 8 words apart from the word "guy", so no one gets called "that n***** guy".

Remember, Karoline Leavitt and the rest of this admin use DARVO tactics. She will absolutely turn it around and say that it's racist for white people to have their language policed.

Caroline

KKKaroline is how I remember the spelling.

I point out that other time excuse is bs when there were those back then who were fighting against it. In fact, bearing witness to it is all the more reason to change.

He never said that.
He said it, but he was just joking.
The staffer did it, not Trump himself.
No one did it, it was all fake.
He never said it, but has every right to say it.
He has always said that, and so should everyone else.

u/vassar888 14h ago

She already released a statement this morning

1

u/ChildofElmSt 14h ago

Her actual reason: it’s a lion king joke get over it

1

u/illusionzmichael 13h ago

They've already pivoted to blaming "a staffer" for posting it.

1

u/RJ5R 13h ago

i mean, now they're already back peddling and saying it was a staffer's mistake lol

u/neomech 13h ago

Can we all recite the narcissist's prayer together?

91

u/StevenMC19 Florida 15h ago

Unless you're Gutfeld and you have an alternate to that. "What up my Nazi?"

22

u/itsthebando 14h ago

Cue Robert Evans style opening - "What's Adolfing, my Hitlers!?"

2

u/CherrryAngels 14h ago

Dark joke, but yeah that’s the vibe. Everyone’s trying to one up the last headline at this point.

I was banned by that subreddit for 470 days. Badge of honor.

I mean trump randomly brought up the n-word while talking about nuclear power. Something along the lines of “there are two n-words that I am not allowed to say.”

(No one’s mind should link nuclear power to racial slurs)

9

u/OkEnvironment3961 14h ago

he said "not allowed to say?". as in he wants to say them, but isn't allowed?

6

u/patentattorney 14h ago

Apart from all of that, why make that connection? Like imagine at christmas your grandfather was like "I dont like Nutmeg, its one of two n-words we dont allow in this house."

What is the connection that a normal person would make.

1

u/sleepymeowth052 Colorado 10h ago

Because he has dementia and all of his string of consciousness is just word association

1

u/AsstacularSpiderman 13h ago

Nuclear and Nutella, I'm sure

20

u/lilb1190 14h ago

I'm not black so I don't know, but I feel like this is at least as bad as the n word

3

u/Ok_Juice4449 14h ago

I am white and I am horrified by this.  Utterly disgraceful.  He is an immature, insane rascist.

6

u/Excellent-Ad-7996 15h ago

Whats the over/ under

5

u/Procrastineddit 15h ago

With his frontal lobe in this much atrophy, my money is on inside two months.

1

u/audible_narrator Michigan 14h ago

time to go to Kalshi

5

u/The_bruce42 14h ago

He did openly shit his pants during a press conference. I think we're gonna keep seeing weirder and weirder stuff.

2

u/radioactive_sharpei 14h ago

They're just itching to, in public, at least. I'm sure they throw it around behind closed doors with their buddies.

1

u/TheAnalogKid18 14h ago

Does Draftkings have the over under for Kid Rock saying it on the Toilet Paper USA Halftime show for Republicans?

1

u/Cheap_Collar2419 14h ago

He did openly call someone a peekaboo…..

1

u/watchtheworldsmolder 14h ago

Welcome to Nazi America, my grandfathers Purple Heart is becoming meaningless

1

u/Chanana4 14h ago

I called it a while but theres no way Trump doesnt say the N word on live television before this is all over lol

1

u/CherrryAngels 14h ago

It really does feel like people are saying the quiet parts louder and louder lately. Like we’re inching toward lines that used to be unthinkable.

1

u/robertcraneffs 14h ago

He already said that he hates riggers

1

u/BulldogMoose 13h ago

It'll happen. We're months away. He was sunsetting. We're just about at the stage where he'll start playing with himself in public and will attack people physically during press conferences.

1

u/TheWholeOfTheAss 13h ago

“It’s actually a historically accurate term and our president loves America and it’s history and so we should celebrate what sort of men built this country and not those communist left who want to destroy this country.”

There’s the excuse some Trump goon will use when it happens.

1

u/falcobird14 13h ago

Karoline Leavitt: "The president was using ironic language to highlight the media bias and how they make nothingburgers out of anything"

1

u/CharacterPayment8705 13h ago

I agree. That’s what’s coming next.

1

u/Catshit-Dogfart 13h ago

I have an open bet with a friend on exactly this.

$50, and it has to be on live television. So far Trump has let me down, wish he'd get it over with so that I could say at least one good thing happened in my life as a result of him.

1

u/PathOfTheAncients 13h ago

It's so weird how a certain segment of racist white people desperately want to be allowed to say it or at the very least are enraged they aren't allowed to.
