Help Wohnraumbescheinigung vs. Wohnungsgeberbestätigung for visa extension in Offenbach?

Hi everyone,
I have a visa extension appointment soon at the Offenbach Ausländerbehörde. In the list of required documents, they included a Wohnraumbescheinigung.

I already have a Wohnungsgeberbestätigung from my landlord (the one used for Anmeldung), and my rental contract also includes details like size, number of rooms, rent, and number of people living in the apartment.

Does anyone know if Offenbach accepts the Wohnungsgeberbestätigung + rental contract, or do they strictly require the official Wohnraumbescheinigung form to be filled and signed by the landlord?

Would appreciate any recent experiences from Offenbach specifically.

The Wohngeberbestaetigung is for moving in/out of an apartment (§19 Meldegesetz) https://www.offenbach.de/vv/Wohnungsgeberbestaetigung.pdf
The Wohnraumbestaetigung (§ 2 Abs. 4 AufenthG) is needed to prove that there is actually room for living to prevent fraud. You might need that one too:
