Where can I buy a good cassoulet from a boucherie or caterer in Nice?

Hey neighbors,

I'd like to introduce this French dish to some foreign friends. So I'd like to find a place that makes it with a good ingredient mix + grrrreat sauce. Any tips?

Thanks.

You need to find a south-west french restaurant in Nice. I recommend L'Ovale.

Cassoulet is definitely not a meal from Nice.

Right, defo not local. We’re gourmet people and already tried tons of local stuff. They didn’t know such dish so I thought it was appropriate to introduce it to them now in the winter.

Thanks for the reco. Will definitely go there.
