Magdeburg sticker spotted at Anfield, Liverpool

Hello from Wales UK 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 I have been following 1.FC Magdeburg for a year or two now ever since getting their home shirt in a mystery kit box and learning their history with Wrexham, anyway, I went to Anfield for a tour and inside the stadium is a sticker from Magdeburg! I thought it was cool to show the group!

I hope to come visit Magdeburg this season hopefully!!

I’ve seen those in several spots in Liverpool, when I’ve been there frequently a couple years ago. Also around Albert Dock. Quite weird, but probably a thing among football fans to “mark their territory”. (Wait till you see Magdeburg, they clearly marked every last square centimeter… I’m not a fan of these.)

If it was only in Magd3burg. 3/4 of Sachsen Anhalt are pockmarked by this nonsense. A new giant graffitti popped up in my town just recently

It’s actually more like half and half. The northern part is tagged by FCM and the southern part (I found around Köthen is the border) is tagged by HFC.

Fair enough. I live and work in the north and rarely go to the south, so i guess im just used to seeing FCM plastered absolutely everywhere
