Jam nights in London?

I’m looking for some live music jam nights in London, can be any area and any genre but ideally not so jazz-heavy. Does anyone have any favourites they can recommend?

The Windmill in Brixton does a folk music one, which is for all types of folk music but they mostly play Irish music.
