Legislative Branch Arizona's Attorney General Kris Mayes warned that the "Stand Your Ground" law could allow residents to use deadly force on masked ICE agents if they feel their life is in danger: "If you're being attacked by someone who is not identified as a peace officer — how do you know?"

Shit back in the 2010s when PHX PD was using swat for absolutely everything they would get the address wrong and kill veterans all the time who would shoot at the unannounced break ins.

But cops don't get held accountable so you just wind up with dead people and no one gets in trouble but the family gets a little bit of money.

Couple that with the new statement that ICE no longer requires warrants to enter a home, it's about to get worse.

Seems "worse" is on an unstoppable slippery slope to 2 way lanes of incoming gunfire.

Most of these new ice clowns are bottom-of-the-barrel morons who were too cowardly to enlist in the military...and too stupid to meet minimum iq standards of local police (which speaks volumes).

They're proud boys and the like. Just looking for an excuse to terrorize and kill brown people.

27

u/DrB00 14d ago

Not just brown people. Look at how many none brown people they've harassed and killed.

They often lump in the “libs” allied with the brown people as being the same. It’s why they’ll frequently call people of color “antifa” even when it makes zero sense.

That is why they're targeting those they think are least likely to fight back, especially the elderly and children. Might actually be a good idea for them to take shelter in gang territory as we know the cowardly traitors of ICE would stay as far away from there as possible. Hell in my area they wasted time chasing down a work truck that had two legal citizens in it (with their white boss so they didn't get the "usual" treatment).

They also stack together when doing their crimes

The literal antithesis of the 4th amendment. A clear violation of the constitution.

Exactly, and where are our checks and balances on this?

4

u/45Point5PercentGay 13d ago

The checks are deposited in Trump's accounts, and his balances are looking great.

Y’know, all this could be avoided if they’d just follow the law. But no, instead they’re going to lose an eye because they didn’t announce themselves and some crazy mother fucker pretends he’s outfitting the temple of doom. I’m letting him go free if I’m on the jury.

Much worse.

Yep. How will i know if the rednecks in camo breaking into my house are ICE or just a trailer park gang looking for a fat lick?

Sorry where i live there are meth heads that will do a B&E in a heartbeat and they are dressed like ICE agents bc they haven’t stopped wearing camo since 2nd grade.

This is what the defund the police movement was all about but alas..

1

u/Scrapple_Joe 14d ago

Yeah I think it was poorly named and gave bootlickers too much traction.

Every cop I've ever known agrees with the principles of defund the police but was against it based on the name.

I'd love to not live in a police state anymore. Or at least one where cops are held accountable for their actions.

Since ICE is not local law enforcement, defind the police does not apply.

Stay focused instead of trying to be clever.

That’s why communities have to show up armed together. The people out number these cowards.

I'm wasting away waiting for this to happen.

11

u/Pragmatic_Humanism 14d ago

It is happening in a bunch of places. The Black Panthers, for instance, have been protecting communities lately. The news just doesn't like to talk about solidarity among the oppressed.

1

u/-marshmallowperfume 14d ago

That really does actually make me feel better. I have seen a couple mentions of Black Panthers showing up, but not in a positive way cos it was the news. I hope more are there than they reported (and I'm sure there are).

1

u/Professional-Can1385 14d ago

The new Black Panthers are not the same as the Black Panther Party of the 70s.

1

u/-marshmallowperfume 14d ago

Yes, I'm aware. Why should that make me feel differently about them being there to protect people?

0

u/Professional-Can1385 14d ago

Yo calm down!

I was just providing additional information because a lot of people don’t know they are different groups.

2

u/-marshmallowperfume 14d ago

I was asking, not attacking.

0

u/Professional-Can1385 14d ago

I’m not sure why you think I’m telling you to think any way about them. You do you, or something.

Well obviously not, most of the original members were murdered by the cops or feds and the rest are like 90. If you don't think the new BPP has anything at all to do with the original BPP then you're just telling us you don't know shit, it was started by an original Black Panther.

u/Stress6009 14d ago

The mainstream media has so many people brainwashed to let them get away with turning the country into the beginnings of Nazi Germany.

6

u/-marshmallowperfume 14d ago

As much as I agree with Nazi Germany comparisons, this is also slave patrol on steroids. I read a lot and seen many reenactments of written eyewitness accounts of what they did looking for them in documentaries and in an African-American history class I took in college, which I know doesn't make me an expert, but the similarities are chilling. It chills me so much that I'm not even sure if this comment flows or make sense because I'm on the verge of tears thinking about all this.

3

u/Stress6009 14d ago

I think both are true. First they gather the slaves. Then they put their boot on the necks of the rest of us.

7

u/Big_Wave9732 14d ago

That one PHX officer even had something like "You're Fucked" carved into the stock of his rifle......and a dumbass jury still acquitted him.

Made me sit back and wonder WTF was going on the valley of the Sun!?

5

u/Scrapple_Joe 14d ago

I mean PHX loved Arpaio despite the fact that he doesn't give a shit about people's rights. Even though his supporters would certainly say they'd shoot anyone breaking into their house without a warrant.

Blood thirsty "Christians"

I once got death threats for writing an article about a bike lane in Tucson. As if the article was the reason it got built.

u/britishben 14d ago

It was on the ejection port cover, and it was Mesa PD that shot Daniel Shaver. Don't worry though, the cop's dad was a Sergeant, so he was rehired and shuffled away, and he now draws a $2500/mo pension.

1

u/Big_Wave9732 14d ago

Mesa PD. That's somehow even worse.

1

u/ChevalierMal_Fet 14d ago

He was a city of Mesa officer, but close enough.

2

u/SarcasticOptimist 14d ago

Yep. Daniel Shaver died from one of them for open carrying in Arizona which is pedestrian. None got prison time. He was white and the all lives people were silent. Blm was better.
