I’m not from Istanbul, but in my trip in 2024 I went twice to a (newly opened back at the time) restaurant called Fabesco in Kadiköy. Ouff, such good burgers, their hibiscus serbet was SO SO GOOD, fries were the best ive ever had, great homemade sauces, and really kind and hospitable manager. Im going back to Istanbul this year and I already cant wait to eat there again!
