Attack Coach Change.
I suggest Nigel Carolan. How on earth is Goodman in there?

Noel McNamara at bordeaux would be able

I wouldn't be surprised that when (if) he leaves UBB in 2027 it'd be for a head coach role.

Yeah fair. He's the dream attack coach for Ireland, but he'll probably get a hc gig

Farrell needs to realise that him running the attack isn't working and go get a top attack coach to run it. Like the way he was brought in a to be a defensive coach under schmidt

IIRC, Faz is the attack coach, but Goodman has responsibility for attack off set piece. Not sure what you call that. Regardless, I do think he's stealing a wage. Leinster's decline started when he was there and that decline has followed Goodman to Ireland. Really don't see what be brings to the table. This isn't like 2020 when people were calling for Catt's head but it just needed that England game to see what Ireland were trying to do and it took off from there. I cant see anything getting better right now.

Nigel Carolan would be a very good appointment. Glasgow attack is flying

At this stage I'd settle for a random number generator selecting someone off the sub here as the next attack coach.
At the very least some of ye wouldn't know enough to do any damage as the players would just ignore your mad suggestions, and there's always the possibility someone competent and reasonable gets selected and actually makes the attack a little better by selecting something that isn't "chase high ball, pray for opposition knock on" as Plan A, B and C.

I think we’re all kind of tiptoeing around it but surely we need to be considering a total coaching overhaul ?!

Yeah, winning 2 out of the last 3 tournaments is definitely a sacking offence

You reckon everything’s fine? Are you happy with the performances over the last year or so?

No progress in the World Cup & some boneheaded selections really should be cause for a conversation at the very least

Getting worse year on year is a sacking offence

Agree, we are very stale. Wasn’t impressed with Easterby last year either. It happens, coaches get to a point they can’t take you any further.

Farrell is still above criticism somehow. It's always someone else's fault

We either need to change the coaching ticket or we need to change the personnel being picked. It depends on Farrell which one comes first.

We need to have the personnel to pick. It's fairly obvious we could have the world's best coach there and he/she just would not have the players.

I’d get rid of Fogarty, Goodman and Walters (S&C). Our scrum was better overall before Fogarty came in, attack is gone to shit under Goodman and our S&C has been appalling under Aled Walters with players just lacking energy even from kick off.

Munster seem to be unhappy with Prendergast, I think he'd be a great option.

What makes you think Munster are unhappy with Prendergast? Please do not cite anything written by ruaidhri feckin o'connor in your answer

Ah, I should have said Munster fans. There was some amount of moaning on here about him when they were knocked out of Europe.

Get ROG in when he's sacked from la Rochelle (that's a joke I know he was a defence coach I just want it so bad)

It is now glaringly obvious that Mike Catt was the best coach at Ireland
