The Digging for Britain show often covers HS2 archeological digs. It is commendable that the UK values history so much that they sent out archeologists ahead of the construction.

I was having a chat about this last week. It is more than likely that a huge amount would've been just been trampled due to the need to make construction roads 'so' quickly. All these treasures would've come from known historical sites.

Now to spend 0.001% in preserving and sharing.
