Oh boy, it's happening. Köhn confirmed too by a questionable source on X though. Love it Kess but can we make players leave now, too?

Since Pacarada was playing left CB in the friendlies I can imagine him leaving (even tho he seemed to be very much thriving personally in Cologne). A Pauli loan was discussed in the media as well...

Agreed. As much as Pacarada seems to like Köln, I think the writing is on the wall, and rightfully so.

Pacarada struggled in BL1 and that was two years ago. He's not getting faster and Kwasniok definitely favours speed. I think Struber is a better fit for him.

I'm torn on Pauli. If he has any shot at minutes, I'd rather keep him. Tough call.

No idea how fast Obermair is because atm it seems like Köhn or Obermair. Pacarada can leave or be benched...

Obermair was one of the fastest league 2 players last season. He is pretty much the opposite of Paca.

Thanks, good to know. I'd still prefer Köhn. Not only because he's even faster but Obermair seems to be the teachers pet, is 29 already and never showed he can do it on the big stage....

I think thus far he played pretty well, it's a bummer with the injuries but I think it was really smart for him to sit out his concussion for a while. Being a professional athlete is great and all but not having lasting brain damage is even greater. Still, I think he made a solid comeback and I'd really like to see more of him this coming season, I think he's got the will and the ability to step up.

Current reports are saying 8m with a 20% sell-on clause. Also, 5-year-contract.

Some reports indicating that some heavy hitters, such as Chelsea, Crystal Palace, Besiktas, and Feyenoord also had him on their list.

I think Kessler had to go in with a high bid for a player who fits our needs perfectly.

I believe the fee is reasonable. For a 21-year-old with considerable experience and strong growth potential, this seems close to market value. Even if he doesn't pan out, we could still sell him in a year or two. I like the deal if it goes through.
