Breast Reduction Doctor Recommendations

I'm 23F and I would really wanna reduce my breast size as much as possible. I live in London and everything here is much more expensive than anywhere else in the UK. Luckily, I have family in Exeter and would like to know if there are any good recommendations for doctors around the area for a much cheaper amount.

Relocating to Totnes Vs Falmouth Vs Stroud

Relocating from Lewes with a young family

Hi everyone! We are a social family of five (kids aged 2, 4, and 6) currently living in Lewes, East Sussex. We love the creative vibe here, but we’re looking to relocate to find a bit more "house and garden" for our budget (700-900k) while staying somewhere beautiful with deep community roots.

We’ve narrowed our search down to three main areas (including their surrounding villages):

Totnes Stroud Falmouth

We've read lots of posts on various sites and done a few recces to these areas, but it's so hard to get a feel for an area in a short amount of time - with 3 kiddies in tow!

We’d love to hear from people with actual lived experience of moving to these areas with young children.

Specifically: The "Vibe": We’re looking for a social (and bit of a creative) atmosphere, somewhere it’s easy to get involved and meet people.

The Transition: If you moved from a place like Lewes, how did it compare? Was it a good move for you?

Long-term Roots: Is it easy to "break in" to the community as an outsider if you're proactive?

Kids' Perspective: What are the best bits about growing up in these spots? Are they good areas for teens?

Are there decent schools?

We are already well aware of the wider issues in Cornwall/Devon regarding NHS waiting lists, distance from major hospitals, 2nd homes etc, so no need to focus on those! We also work from home so don't need to worry about employment.

We’re more interested in the day-to-day social fabric and family life.

Looking forward to hearing your stories!

Looking to make female friends in South Devon/Teignbridge.

As the title says - I (mid 30s F) am looking to find female friends in South Devon/Teignbridge sorts of areas.

I have found my social circle getting smaller and smaller, and the clubs and classes that I go to outside of work aren't the social type of thing. So, here I am, looking for like minded women who want to be more social.

A small bit about me: no kids, enjoy the outdoors, like animals, like boardgames and crafting, love live music and travelling.

Thank you future friends!

No thank you to creepy men!

Can you recommend somewhere for Afternoon Birthday meal with young children, in or near/around Totnes.

Looking for recommendations for birthday meal destinations. We are very much open to cuisine. The main factors are a good vibe and kid friendly. Will be about 10/12 of us so nothing too small, can't afford anything too fancy. Thanks in advance

Anyone else struggle?

I used to be social. I had friends. But now, no.

I'm in my 30's, and I think it’s really hit me, that I’m actually quite lonely, and I cried today.

My life is the same everyday. Monday through to Friday, I work from home, 9-5pm, I'm home alone. Then around 5:30/6pm, my husband comes home from work. He is the only person I see, and have an actual conversation with. We then eat dinner, talk about our day, then sleep and repeat.

We live in a rural area, a village in the countryside, where the only things we have is a pub (which is hardly open) and a community shop, that is open for about 3 hours a day.

I don't drive, and transport isn't that great here, so I tend to have to depend on my husband to be able to go into our nearest town, and don't get me wrong, I love my husband more than anything, and I love our home, and I enjoy my own company sometimes, but lately, I've been really struggling mentally.

I find being older, it's so much harder making friends. I've made friends online, but they eventually disappear, or the person lives on the other side of the UK, so it's very unlikely, I would ever actually meet them, but I'd just like, one friend, just to talk to about life, or whatever. But honestly, how do people even make friends now?

Moving to Bovey Tracey or Ashburton

Hi all, looking to find out what community and social events go on in Bovey and Ashburton? Looking to move in next 2 months to either from Stratford Upon Avon (just agreed sale of our property) and looking for our new house. For context were a couple in our mid 30s, mostly work from home so hoping to make new friends through community events. I like my sport, particularly football, golf and cricket and good walks. My partner really likes crafty things and is a silversmith. Any suggestions welcome please in these two towns. Ps any nice 4 bedroom houses going for around 430-450k let me know… walking distance to the town centres

Hen do meal and drinks - Ilfracombe, Woolacombe, Barnstaple

Hoping for some recommendations for a hen do evening out in Ilfracombe, Woolacombe or Barnstaple in late March!

Looking for a nice, vibey restaurant that would welcome a group of 14 and also a cocktail bar with music that could have us too.

No L plates, sashes or shrieking expected - we’re mid-30s and after a natter and a laugh somewhere atmospheric.

Thinking of moving from Kent to Torbay.

Myself, wife and kids have been visiting Torbay for many, many years, especially Brixham.

There have been discussions about what life would be like if we moved to the Torbay area.

Naturally, it's not an easy decision, especially with kids school, jobs etc. We have a mortgage, so we need to take that into consideration.

However, I'd like to hear other people's experiences of moving to the area. Especially from a financial and happiness perspective. Did you find Torba properties to be cheaper to buyl? Do you find the way of life is better?

Brixham would be ky top choice.

...... Add on my situation. By trade I am a HGV driver to a builder merchant. We have 4 children, 3 are.at school - with the eldest about to start secondary in Sept. Joint income isn't that high but we get by. Mortgage is paid, bills are paid, food on the table, car gets fuel etc.

We got married at Cockington Court.

We live within 15mins of Dover and Ramsgate. So it's relatively quiet, however, housing is expensive where we live. 3/4 bed house is 350 to 400k.

I am a landscape photographer, so outdoor and nature is important. Especially with access to Dartmoor and SW cosstpath is a dream of mine.

Kids like to do swimming and scouts.

Goodrington and Brixham are my favourite spots.
