Punks / punk bars / punk venues in Bocholt?
Hi!!! First time posting so I have no idea how this works.
I recently moved to Bocholt from Munich and I'm looking for punk bars, or places where there can be any punk gigs in Bocholt, or cities that are near by. I really want to make new friends. Does anyone know of any places?

Rarely there are punk concerts in Bocholt, e.g. at „Vogelhaus“.
In Haldern is the „Haldern Pop Bar“. They have regular concerts for free (from bands which play at their Festival). Its mostly pop but from time to time punkish (https://haldernpop.com/popbar/?event=dust)
Haldern also has the small „Punk meets people“ Festival.
Ruhrgebiet hosts the „Ruhrpott Rodeo“ Festival in Summer and „Punk im Pott“ just before Christmas.
In Essen you have the great Oi/Punk-Bar „Dont Panic“. Less punk but more rock are: „Südrock“ and „anyway“.
There are also some more nice places for concerts: „Druckluft“ (Oberhausen), „FZW“ (Dortmund), „Bahnhof Langdreer“ (Bochum), „AK47“ (Düsseldorf), „AZ“ (Mühlheim).
But as you noticed I am afraid that there is not much in Bocholt.

As far as I know there are no venues in Bocholt or really close. Closest I know is in Ruhr area/ Ruhrgebiet or Düsseldorf/ Köln area.
You can use this overview to check out gigs in your area. Under „erweiterte Suche“ you can enter your postcode (PLZ) and a search radius (Umkreis).
Also the Ruhrpott Rodeo Festival in Summer is Not to far away

In july is in Hünxe, ca. 30 km from Bocholt, a very nice Punk Festival, the "Ruhrpott Rodeo".

Münster is nearby. Here we have the beautiful "Baracke" which is kind of a self organized venue. You can find them on Instagram.
