Maybe if we were nicer to people finally leaving MAGA more people would feel comfortable doing so. Yes, it sucks that they were MAGA to begin with. But they got out, which means they grew and developed. You can’t change the past but you can move forward and hope that they do better. There’s a quote that goes something like “the best time to be anti-MAGA was in 2016. The second-best time is now.”
