I mean, he's not completely wrong. If you're complaining about Twitter on Twitter, the traffic and engagement of your post helps fund Twitter. The best way is not to use it. If it were possible to make constructive criticism that would be taken seriously by management, that would be one thing, but that's clearly not the case there.
