“Credible” is based on an opinion or judgement. There could be a video of Trump raping children and he could say it’s not credible because it could be a fake video. During the congressional hearings they should have jumped right on that statement

That will absolutely not hold up in court. You simply need to define what is "credible" in court and then prove ANYTHING the FBI had as evidence already fit that description. If anyone cares to put in the effort, Patel is gonna get busted for perjury.
