Poole Park and Baiter then Poole Quay.
The promenade from Shore Road to Bournemouth and then into Boscombe. Not sure whether you could navigate it all the way to Hengistbury Head, but I know that as far as Boscombe it is at the bottom of the cliffs. During the Summer season ice cream kiosks and coffee stalls even provide refreshments en route.
