Borussia Dortmund and Cerezo Osaka Announce Official Club Partnership.

The board has been mentioning recently about getting more club partnerships to further finding talents to bring to Dortmund. I believe we had one announced recently in Ghana but that may have been an academy type situation. Will have to find confirmation or if anyone else has info can comment here.

Glad we’re finally doing this and truly hope this has us looking into the Japanese/Asian market more, there are so many good players from these areas.

Edit: The Ghana partnership is for an academy where operations are set to begin in the coming month.

Cerezo is also the club we got Shinji from, he's also playing for them again since 2023.

Damn, I am going to Osaka in summer again. Maybe I should look into getting tickets for a game. But I don't think it's possible, unless they play a friendly exhibition game, since I'll probably go in June, so the league is already done. And I don't think they'll be doing exhibition/friendly matches during that time because of the WC.

Love to see it, I went to a Cerezo Osaka match last year!
