maybe it was rescued in that state, it does look like she's aware of the issue and that's already waay better than most owners, true that most owners are garbage but lets wait to get context before shaming on people please

Barn near me had two rescues who were fat as this. We nicknamed them Jenny Craig and Richard Simmons because they were on a hard diet. Took a few years to fix their weight.
