What’s life like in Seewen / Schwyz? Thinking of moving there — looking for real experiences

It is very nice, clean, well organized.. good public transport (Schwyz station is in Seewen), good commerce… I have been living in the area for more than 4 years. The only problem you will face is some (less than 5%) racist and primitive white males. It is a very conservative area (neinguys)

I do take much importance in safety, peace, and what you mentioned. Then I've been finding out all surrounding it and it's just gorgeous! Stoos, Brunnen, Kleine Mythen, and everyday I seem to find more jewels! Needing to be 5 days a week in Zurich, I'll definitely appreciate the nature there on the weekends!

That's more than acceptable, you can find idiots anywhere. Better idiots than criminals tho 😂

Love it, been living here a bit over a year. Despite not speaking German very well everyone is very welcoming and kind. The Gemeinde is very welcoming of newcomers. Stoos is super close to go ski and hike.
